We are in week 4💪
If you did your best in weeks 1 - 2 and 3, now you are ready to do wonders with the mini ball! We increase the intensity of the training every week! After this week, we have one more month, that is, 4 more weeks... We will meet again with different movements and equipment. Now you know that you have to practice this training with us at least 4 days a week :) Don't forget to share the PREPARATION FOR SUMMER series with your friends!
NO EXCUSES FOR SPORTS! :)
