I worked with a girl who gave me her #. We were having a private phone conversation while not at work. The conversation took a sexual turn, she even mentioned how much she likes oral sex. Two days later, I was called in the office and was written up for sexual harassment. She claimed I made her feel uncomfortable from that conversation.
