I've also come across this video! incorporating a mixture of martial arts, yoga, Qi Qong and calisthenics is definitely the type of workout I'm striving for! keep it up! 💪🏾

Somehow this found me and it was exactly what I was looking for. I usually do a 20 minute yoga or pilates daily, but today had a terrible migraine and couldn't, but this was perfect! No inversions or too much pressure, just perfect! Thank you. It left me feeling so energized. Blessings.

I have more like this in my Patreon subscription library. They are not filmed outdoors, but they are still great routines! Its been such a steep learning curve doing all my own filming and editing, that I'v been focusing on somewhat easier routines just to make the process a bit easier on myself. That said, now that I've pretty much got my film setup dialed in, I plan to start making a whole lot more challenging routines like this. Thanks for the encouragement and feedback! Thanks! Ya, it looks like a warm sunny beach but it is spring in Northern California so it is actually just cold and windy haha. Glad it brought this routine out of me though! And good to hear you dig it!
I am enjoying the nature settings of your videos, and the idea of Tao and nature, yet the background music was discordant and a distraction. When I am in nature, it is preferred to get away from noise. I really enjoy your videos with just nature and its sounds.

GREAT workout!! I really love this direction you are taking, Nick!! (I'm in the Teacher Training program and know you from the Masterclasses you do for us there.). Two years ago I would not have been able to do this workout and yet today I was sorry to see it end so soon. Your commentary is solid, and your sound and videography were top notch as well. I'm glad to hear Lee's Qi has got your fitness to the point where you can do this kind of stuff :) I've been very lucky to have a videographer friend working with me pro bono, so my video quality has really been lifted up! @@TheNickLoffree Yes, i will check it out. It's funny, I'm somewhat active and yet doing an hour QG class used to be beyond me. It's hard work! lol. Even Zhan Zhuang!! But i love it. I'm starting to give classes of my own, but i'm sticking to what I know really well. Always eager to learn tho!! Keep at it, you are setting the bar high!
