This burger is a vegan black bean sweet potato burger, but I was debating calling it a Sweet potato black bean burger..hehe but whatever the name for this vegan/veggie burger it is so delicious!

Love that double stack. Been waiting for a great veggie burger. I saw your other one but since I love sweet potato, I believe I'll like this one better. The spread looks just as great. Maybe I'll want to taste my fingers after this too.

You make it simple to create these meals. I love sweet potatoes and definitely will be trying this. Added to my food to try playlist. Last question for today: have you ever made sweet potato pie? I would love to see how you make them. I've attempted in the past and even a little bit overboard with adding cinnamon to it and my crust also would breakup a little lol. Saw the pumpkin pie one on your channel, but no sweet potato :( Keep creating and sharing these amazing recipes!

1 cup black beans or any bean 1/2 cup oats 1/3 cup cooked quinoa 1/2 red onion 1/2 cup cilantro 2 med sweet potatoes (cooked) 1 tsp chipolte powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp oregano salt to taste Pulse in food processor until no big chunks, shape into patties. Bake on 400 degrees for 15 minutes flip and back in for 5 more minutes.

Hi veggie rose! I made this tonight. It had good flavor but mine didn't come out as crispy as yours. Will try it again this week and maybe bake them for a little longer... Anyway thank you for posting and, as always, you rock! :-)

Veggie Rose Yes I greased it. Hmm maybe it's the oil I used. I used coconut oil. What did you use?

+Lobo Lobo I use vegan butter to grease my pan but honestly I don't think that's a issue..just try cooking them a few minutes longer and don't forget to flip them...if for some reason that doesn't give you the color you like just toss them in the stove on a pan with a touch of oil until they crisp up...that's how I reheat them.

I rather not even tell you..honestly because it's not really good! I actually kinda hate it and am currently trying to find a good brand. I love making falafels and this processor won't even process the mixture right lol

My man is not a fan of sweet potatoes as well but this is one way I can make him eat sweet potatoes and he loves it! He's not even vegan to begin with!

Mine is the same... He says he doesn't like sweet potatoes. But I think he doesn't really know how sweet potatoes taste.. Once, he found some, boiled in my fridge, ate a couple of pieces and then he asked "Mm what is this?"
