I love this concept, though there are some things I would do differently for my personal preference. I want to try this with rice instead of quinoa, toss an egg in there, mash the beans before mixing them in, and sprinkle it with a little flour. The brown sugar idea is great. Thanks for the recipe!
Cook more of these plant based healthy burger. Perhaps tempeh, beluga lentil, types of grains like millet, farro, bulgur, amaranth, kamut, spelt, freekeh, teff, sorghum, fonio & pulses (chickpea is nice) so are lentils.
They got left off by accident in the plating. Though my taste tester stated the onions were good from the quick brine. Not as intense of flavor mellowed out the taste
