This is what I miss today, two very beautiful and unique phones, not as nowadays frameless junk. Today all smartphones are the same and boring, glass, glass and glass which can break so easily. I miss metal phones which are different. Thanks for review. Well done

Hear Hear! Same here. Purchased the Titan as well, but will only use it when my Passport-SE finally gives, and so far, after 4 years, it hasn't. #LongLiveBlackberry indeed. Hope Blackberry sees this loyal following and reconsiders their view in the phone industry.

I would have thought BlackBerry would have a patent on the design. I love my Red Passport to this day. No surprise at the reviewer's conclusion.

Best phone ever made Blackberry Classic, unfortunately after 2022 there will be no more support for the Classic or the Passport 😢

I'm using my silver edition passport for calling,texts and emails, not much good for anything else , but love it still , looks fantastic and feels fantastic

I had two Passports and now the Titan. After a few days, typing on the Titan’s larger and frankly more comfortable keyboard becomes second nature. Moreover the Titan’s V layout of the keyboard, similar to that of the Bold 9900 increases typing speed. On my Passport I was always stretching my thumb to the g in the center that just wasn’t natural. Feel in hand is great too for the Titan. The Kika keyboard is a bit too slow for long presses so I’ve switched to the BlackBerry keyboard. Frankly for me the Titan beats the Passport’s keyboard.

I have made numerous attempts to buy a UniHerts Titan but can't seem to get it anywhere, Not on amazon and not on the Unihertz home page. Wish Blackberry made Blackberry Passport Android with 250 GB storage and SD card and promote it as a mini tablet, mobile phone with Microsoft office and Dragon speech to text conversion software . and a mini projector?!Is that too much to ask? The ultimate working tool!

The Keyone, Key2, and so on are Slim version of Blackberry Passport, i will go with that if i want Passport experience, but i wish they made real android Passport 2, that will be the phone for next 10 years no problems.

The BlackBerry Passport is one of the most beautiful cell phones. Would it be possible to put the Unihertz Titan hardware as part of the BlackBerry Passport? I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking about this

Hey, Thank you for the detailed review I’d much rather see a review comparing the Titan to the Key2. I have the Blackberry Classic and an iPhone XS. I prefer the classic keyboard (still can’t type efficiently on glass). I have also tried the Key1, 2 and 2LE. Still prefer the Classic keyboard. I tried the passport whenIt was new but much preferred the Classic’s keyboard. All that said, it doesn’t really matter because the Blackberry 10 software is no longer capable of providing what I need except email and text. The Key2 feels really buggy and slow, no matter how much I want to love it. I was hoping the Titan could be an upgrade to the Key2, but every review I’ve seen so far seems to focus on comparing the physical keyboard to Blackberry, instead of the overall quality of the phone and software experience. For now, I’ll keep searching, keep my iPhone, and spend a lot of time correcting my typing. Cheers!

Wait, I'm asking for s great camera, safe security, a much larger screen and....did I mention that security? I am holding out for all thst PLUS the very coveted physical keyboard, thus patiently waiting for BlackBerry's promise to offer all.

Agreed and revision allows red convenience key on Titan to pop up the symbols in BlackBerry PKB since swipe up doesn't work and theres no SYM key...

I just sold my BBPP 😢 when I was boxing it up, I played with it one last time. I wish it had better software. If it ran android, I know it would have done loads better. I'm looking at the new Click keyboard for iPhone. I might switch to Apple just to get the physical keys.

Can the Passport still be used for the basic, text, calls, e-mails ....also, can you have the following applications, such as notes, internet browser, gps, a photo scanner? What carrier supports those right now? TIA

Although the Passport was probably my favorite phone ever - I just couldn't do the lack of Android any longer. I think I actually preferred BB10 to Android (and still do), but the lack of apps render it almost useless. The Key1 and Key2 have been good enough for me. However, I just managed to crack my Key2 screen, and considering the low price point of the Titan, I may give one a try :)

I bought a Titan recently in case my KeyOne fails and I can't replace it with another BlackBerry. I'm still using the K1 as my daily driver but am prepared to make the switch if needed. So far, the Titan seems like a somewhat lesser device, but I haven't really tried out its full capabilities. (I hate switching phones, so I don't anticipate making the move unless my K1 fails.)

How's the sideloading android Apks to the passport can you put ad free apps on it Spotify telegram Facebook and so on working properly how long does the battery last as I have a note 9 and I'm fed up typing on glass.
