RU-vid isn't the government, but it is a reminder of what happens when we don't have freedom of speech.

There are approximately 171,476 words in the English language but somehow I cannot string together enough to express how much I want to hit RU-vid with a chair.

I didnt get to watch your video, all I saw was the title in the notification I still got. When I read it, I immediately though, "Oh boy, that's a very risky title to be using. I should warn him that this will likely be flagged." Sure enough, it was already taken down when I clicked on it. The video title is by far under the most scrutiny on youtube in general, partly because it is by far the easiest to check for a computer. An AI these days is completely incapable of figuring out what is true and accurate and what is not. Even voice recognition is very bad, so the only thing a programm checking a video can really do is flag anything that uses some blacklisted words too often. As for human reviews, I dont think anyone reviewing these videos ever watches the whole thing, fact checks it, and then makes a decision.

One RU-vid channel places a place card with written words or shows a screen shot with the sentence of words that he would like to say. the algorithm will NOT flag him. He has been very successful at NOT having his videos flagged. It's silliness but the AI is unable to read .... so far!

RU-vid's "community guidlines" makes me apaplectic with rage! Especially when they flag videos containing REAL SCIENCE!!! I love all of your content and will continue to follow and support you anyway I can. Keep up all your great contributions!

I built one of your germ killer boxes out of an empty terrarium. I didn't put a timer on it and it got left on overnight the first time it was used and the light burnt out. Did I overlook a 'limited use' warning for these bulbs?

If you're looking for a "backup" in case YT is not viable, check out lbry. It's not perfect but it's getting better and it's free and open source so anyone can contribute to improving it.

You should repost the first half of the video only. If they remove that, you know the offending part is in the second half. Then continue posting successive fractions of the video to narrow down the specific moment with the content the caused the removal.

Hi Dayton, I saw the video in question as soon as you published it. it is true that I am not an expert, but I would say that I have not found anything wrong. If what they say is true, you are at high risk of contagion and perhaps the lamps work mainly for objects that remain stationary under the rays of these lamps for a certain time, but here in Italy ultraviolet lamps have been used for years for sterilize medical environments, such as rooms for the collection of blood from donor associations: just to give an example, turned on 24 hours a day, walls and objects are sterilized at night and during the day they help to keep the quantity of germs and viruses low. This proves that human mind still have a loooong advance on ''A.I.'' and algorithms unable tu understand the meaning and context of your video. Tons of stuff on YT are definitely much more stupid and dangerous than an (efficient) idea of DIY for disinfection, but they stay far under the radar of bull...t detection. I watched the second video fully when it was uploaded and the only objection I have to your flagging this time is you included I quick second bit showing that you almost said kills* and bleeped out your voice, this is the only part in the video I felt could of been misconstrued or used as a bias for flagging everything else is the beautiful content I subscribed for you are awesome thank you!

Also, speeding up the audio and playing background snow using after effects editing or something similar seems to help the robot voiced guys who exploit youtube to use other peoples channels content and disguising the fact that they are not using their own. I'm not suggesting you begin plagiarism, what I'm saying is you could use the various tricks that these others are using to get one step ahead of the algorithms. Just a thought.

problem is the algorithm, listening for key words but not understanding their meaning in a context, from what i understand, they should not be checking private videos though

I assume RU-vid just removes/ demonetizes anything since checking the content for truth is a giant task with the vast amount of Videos that are being posted about this topic. The easiest way is to just filter much more aggressively so RU-vid cannot be held responsible for misinformation.

So have you thought about possibly creating a "story time" version of your video? Something like the Jeremy Seas that are evil marauding pirates that can't go into the Ultra Secret Violet Cave without disappearing in a poof of energy? Don't know all the scientific jarvo , but the translation would be entertaining and possibly Al G Rythm wouldn't mind it that way.

They just don't want to miss inform people, since you are not a certified doctor, or it was not government approved, so maybe next time make it as a suggestion and not a certain claim (since you do not have a government approved stamp, e.t.c.) it's somewhat understandable I think.

odd I have not said one way or the other about what virus, but I have a video on how to tell if you are getting lighting, off of lighting like this, using a webcam so that people are not hurting their eyes, and to test various materials for being safe ish to wear as eye protection (surprise red tinted laser goggles for UV blue and green lasers seem to be the best easy solution though pure red 2624 *or might be 2426 acrylic plastic which is basically so red a green LED street light will dissappear when wearing it, with yellow and red just looking red, lol.)

I agree with you strongly! I would want to see a new platform with a fresh start. RU-vid is no longer RU-vid it is their tube negating the YOU which is all of us. Also, I saw a guy use a sensor to activate a water powered hosepipe on a tripod to discourage a troop of various cats in his neighborhood from peeing over his property. Is it possible to do the same with a blue laser to targets rats/mice etc? It seems criminal to ask you to engage your highly intelligent mind to attempt such a solution, but I really want to grow my own food in my backyard which is a highway for vermin who don't need to hunt for food since my neighbors keep throwing them burger and chicken meat during their outdoor barbecues. I don't really want to eat food that a rat has chewed on first. I know rats are not vegetarians, but they will eat anything that comes their way, just like pigs.
