Your video is amazing. Can you imagine. i called a workshop and told them the problem. My active grill is open and doesn't close. they said take it to BMW we cannot do anything. I guess the white actuator is faulty and ill try to replace it myself.
my 2019 330i has the same problem too. I think I am going to remove the flap permanently so it will cool up entirely. I think that active airflow system is pointless. it causes cel like this
@@berkemut4394 I agree! Just one more BMW thing that can be broken over time.. but I was actually able to replace it, so far no more CEL, see how long it lasts before I gotta replace it again
@@berkemut4394 I replaced the part... Bought it on eBay for about $50 from secondhand sellers. Can't seem to find it brand new anywhere on the internet as of yet. Pretty easy, took only 3 tools and about 30 minutes
