Hi Kseniya, thank you so much for the informations about USCIS greencard application. My sister will submit her adjustment of status and we are confused about some documents I just want to ask something about it: 1. In your application did you include all the copies of the work experience certificates and school certificates of you and your husband? Are police reports copies for the petitioner and the beneficiary are mandatory to submits along with the forms?

Hi Kseniya 👋 Thank you for your videos they are very helpful. I submitted the I-130 form without photos of bonafide marriage. I thought they would ask me for evidence later on. I didn’t see a section specifically asking for pictures. Would I be able to upload my pictures in a PDF in the unsolicited evidence section?

Hi Kseniya! Thank you very very much for all your videos! They are suuuuper helpful!! One question, when filing online, would you recommend creating just one PDF document with a cover letter explaining the relationship and showing all the different proofs (lease, bank statements, photos...) or upload each document in different PDFs?

I have plenty of photos of communication via text greatly showing our relationship over time with dates included in the messages as well as photos of us physically together and with family. But our text messages are in the native language of my wife. The messages span a whole year of communication before we got married. Should I translate and submit this or just submit it and let the well organized dates and also emojies and context clues do all of the talking? Even without understanding what's in the text it greatly suggests a building romantic relationship. Thanks!!

Its happened to me the same after i completed my pdf pictures i found the size 50MB so thats a lot cuz they said it should be less than 12MB!

If we attach photos does it have to be printed in photo paper or is it okay just attach them in MS word document and make them into a psf form.

copy and paste your photos to a word doc or google doc then save as a pdf. Same thing with call logs/text messages/ ft screenshots.

Just submitted my 130 online. I only included 1 marriage photo in our application. I feel like marriage certificate, apartment lease, joint bank account, joint car insurance and my wife being beneficiary on my retirement account should be enough. I have a photo album of our relationship that I plan to bring to our interview when that happens.

You can do it in word. When you save your document, save it as pdf.

hello there! :) I'm going in the same process as yours and we are almost there to get the visa .. we got approved for i-130 and we submitted the financial and civil documents. right now we are waiting for nvc to review the documents but we didn't submit photos for us yet ? so I wanted to ask you is it necessary or its ok I can bring them to the I interview with me ?

Kseniya, I thought the photos go with i485 form, so if I submit i130 online I should not include those photoes to my mailing package ?

The photos are part of bona fide marital evidence which is in form I-130 instructions So no you don’t have to send them again if you already uploaded online

Can anyone help me pls. I contracted a public notary to do our filing I gave her some of our info like marriage cert, citizenship proof, and basic info. But I never gave her any pictures of us of our marriage or relationship. Was she supposed to send that type of proof along with the 130 application or do we send that info to the NVC later on once USCIS approves the case?

Lol. No. I've asked and others too. There's no info out there and she isn't going to answer... I'm going to upload everything one photo after another. It's the only way. Everytime I try to upload PDFs it tells me not to use a foreign language and won't accept them.

you are actually helping a lot of people who do not want to spend 5000 dollars on lawyers. one question - do we need to take a color print of photos or black and white is fine? This question pertains to filing by mail and do we need to get it bonafide by a 3rd party gurantor?

I realized that you explained about petition for a husband/wife. However, I am petition for my sibling and I file it online, the i130 form. If we are going to print photos to send by mail, what should be the size? How many photos per page do you think is appropriate? Should it be just like we submit online where you attached 2 photos per page? Or can I fit 9 photos in a page and send the print of it?
