Shaolin morning wellness first and then this. I cannot do pushups so I do them against the wall, and I know they are good for me too. I am 67 yrs old and as soon as I will be making a yearly subsciption as soon as I have finished my subscription elsewhere . Thank you 🙏🙏

I did this now, it's early morning in the Philippines, I was beside the Marikina River on a small cornfields, nice ambient light and morning breeze. I never sweat like this before. I will definitely do this workout a lot. And maybe, just maybe, be able to practice some of the shaolin techniques. Thank you shifu!

I'm almost 60 years old, slightly overweight, stiff and rather inflexible. But I try your videos (to my limits) and thoroughly enjoy them, and am starting to feel better, move better and feel happier. You're inspiring and entertaining, thank you so much.

Thank you Shifu Yan Xin for the wonderful whole body breathing immune booster exercise. I certainly enjoyed the 20 minutes doing the practice for the first time. I feel so good and laughing ( at myself) a lot doing the exercise.. Your good sense of humour makes the exercise more enjoyable and easier to do.. Great video. It will help people a lot. Could you talk about the value of proper relaxation, while exercising, because Qi gong requires very specific relaxation in order to work. Where are you? The scenery is so beautiful. I don't want to know exactly where you are, but the general area, near what city.

Hi i see you are doing chi gong so I want to ask what you think about light balls, when I do that I feel like there is something between my hands like a magnetic field or something like that, what you think as a chinisse about the light Ball, now I not do Qi gong only sometimes but sadly not often... Next week I will make the pear soup because I was having a virus, it was not covid 19 I think, I am not sure.

I think I have already had the virus and kicked it up the arse... since a few weeks ago I woke up with a cough, dry throat... turned into a cold then I had a very hot temperature all over, but didn't feel like a normal fever... both my arms from shoulder too fingertips were in sever pain/inflamation... and it felt like someone sat on my chest... when going up and down stairs I felt faint and had too sit down. It took me about four/five days too recover... even although I isolated myself for longer. Sure it all may seem like doom and gloom, but I started taking cold/flu remedys from the get go as I started to notice I wasn't well... so I knocked it on the head and now I'm ready too better my health further!

This may be a silly question but it's earnestly asked. I have a 30hr, 3 airplanes,4 airport trip coming up in 3 days to get home :( Apart from the obvious ones that are down on the ground, would these be ok to do while in transit waiting area or silly to put that strain on the lungs? I have a mask. I have antiviral essential oils etc etc . Does anyone have any thoughts? No Fear... Healing feelings and strong bodies to us all....

Deep breathing will help, it gets the air circulating, so you don't have to go through the whole exercise, the breathing excercis or the lung: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qViH3a4S-Uk.html can be done sitting down, you can do a gentler version when you are in transit, hope this helps.
