Go with light weights for shoulder workouts.

Really great. How did you know I was needing this? Since reverse fly didn’t survive the edit, what weight did you use on them and did you do both arms at once or alternating single arm?

Both arms. Super light on this since generally were weaker so I’d use 3- 5lb personally
