This is part 26 of my ongoing Porsche 924 Restoration. In this one I'm rebuilding and restoring my Ignition Distributor. It was working before I took it of the car but decided to replace a few parts and add the missing seal for this rebuild. If you're doing the same job, make sure NOT TO LOOSE small dowel pin you see me fiddle with in a video... My tip is to keep it on the magnet always.

Thanks - my vacuum advance is broken and this is a perfect disassembly tutorial. Not sure it’ll look this good going back together tho 😂

i have the alfasud bosch and the modual that you prized out i need to do same as thirs open circut in it no spark on plugs no i know how to get it out

Yes, but it looks like they are currently out of stock. PArt number FACET 8.2653

@@RestorationApprentice That is fantastic information. Thank you kindly for taking the time to reply. Yours is the only video I've found doing these particular distributors. The problem with these coils when they go bad is intermittent loss of spark.
