Boursin cheese pasta is a creamy and delicious vegetarian dish. Use any type of pasta that you have on hand that can fit the metal bowl of the itaki pro. The cherry tomatoes along with the Boursin cheese adds tremendous flavor to the dish. Add the baby spinach only at the end of the cooking process in order not to overcook it. The residual heat from the dish is enough to wilt the spinach nicely. Add as much spinach as you like as it wilts down to almost nothing. When adding water to cook the pasta, make sure the water level at least touches the top of the uncooked pasta. Although there may seem to be more liquid at the end of the cook time, the water helps to create a creamy texture for the pasta as you stir in the cheese. This dish is creamy, easy to cook with simple ingredients and I hope you will try it out.

Ingredient:
50g - cherry tomato
75g - boursin cheese (garlic & herb)
100g - pasta
1/8 tsp - salt
1/8 tsp - pepper
1/8 tsp - garlic powder
1/8 tsp - red pepper flakes
30g - baby spinach
2/3 cup - water (pasta)
1/3 cup - water (itaki)

I actually had some Boursin cheese in my fridge and frozen spinach, not fresh. However, it turned out really rich and creamy. The red pepper added just a little spice. I can't imagine the fat and calories, but it really tasted good.

How much water would you add if you have the kind of Itaki that is not the steam kind, but the one that looks like large heated pot?

Do you mean the itaki shabuki pot? I actually do not have this pot so can't really help you there. How about trying out with the same 2/3 cup and see if it works?
