All facts. Exactly how dempsey trained in a low ceiling shack and it's how he got his power from perfecting his technical progress & body movements in these conditions
@@fakecreatinerm9948 that burning feeling is generally seen as either rehabilitating or used as prehab in several other sports. To say that “it’s doing nothing” disregards the entirety of physical therapy and its reach into exercise science as a whole.
crazy how you make vids on the things im working right as im working on them 1.)Shadow boxing for more Gas 2.)My footwork to be lighter on my feet 3.)my balance and strengthening my legs cause their weak atm. Thanx Jason again.
In addition to stamina and keeping your hips placed correctly most beginners have a difficult time twisting/rotating their back foot when they’re shooting the rear hand. It has a lot to do with being either flat footed, keeping their heels anchored to the ground instead of the ball/front portion of their rear foot.
Tyson’s side to side body swing is unorthodox either. Normally one has to press one side of the shoulder diagonally to the other side of hip, but Tyson just does pure side to side swing.
Thank you so much for this Video and all your other videos, I've been trying to solve the unstable hips. My local boxing coach keeps pointing that out but never taught me how to stabilize. I learned most of my boxing from your videos, and thank you for making me love boxing.
This brings back all those years of low horse stance punching/kicking drills when I trained trad martial arts. :D great drill, so important for a solid foundation.
Hi JT, I went low but I could do the 3 sets without feeling the burn or wanting to get up. I guess I've got strong legs😅 I'll think about staying low when boxing. I come from kickboxing so it's a different position. It was boring as hell but you've got to do what you've got to do😉🙏🏽👊🏽
Awesome video sir! I started watching your videos just to shadow box as cardio but there is so much to learn! Will be doing this workout today. Thank you! 🥊🥊

I used to compete when I was a younger man. Had a couple of ACL surgeries. Getting back into it for the fitness aspect at 47 and this drill really highlighted how much my left leg has atrophied even after all the rehab. This is painful but I need this. I was wondering why my form isn’t what it used to be. This is definitely one reason. Thank you!
Did it just now. Kicked my ass. But I had more problems in pivoting. Sometimes I lost my stance, and sometimes I was confused which is clockwise pivot and which is counter clockwise pivot. Though, as a beginner it is totally expected. I also had problems in left and right since, I am a southpaw so our left and right are same but stancewise motion are opposite.
I'm gonna try it. I do almost every footwork drill I see on your channel, and it has really worked well for me so far, so i will try this one and comment the results in a few weeks
I’m just curious Tony Jeffries has a video about how you don’t want a wide steps with knees bent because it makes your hip flexors tight and you can’t twist your hips as well or move. He said you want head over back foot and to push your butt out and that will naturally put a slight bend in your legs.
This is more of a conditioning drill, not technique or tactics. You don't want to box like this. Just like you do push-ups in training but not in the ring, ya feel me.
Hello, I am Turkish and I watch you fondly, but I do not understand the videos because they are in English. Could you please include Turkish subtitles?
Focus on defence, footwork and landing your jab in the first round. Maybe the occasional 1 - 2. Then start to throw a bit more when you start to figure out the range. A lot of fighters think they need I be really aggressive at first. Don’t. Figure him out in the first round then you can start to throw more once you’ve made some plans.
@Da Shadow Assassin yeah my punches feel fine. And the end of the video I spar. The guy has 2 years experience over me. Hes one of my friends friend who wanted to spar
