Everytime i watch branch i feel like im lazy for example it is 8:42 and im tired, but i was supposed to do legs today so as soon as im done watching this video thats what im doing... thanks branch for making me get off my lazy ass to go train.
Oh, i dont doubt it my friend. The point is... hes made all types of crazy gains and hes trained the branch warren way all his years. im not bigger and better then him so im not guna say a word against him. he does what he wants, he enjoys his training and his life and he is a success. so im not really too fussed about what form he uses :)
His point is that point A to point B is less than 10 inches. Branch looks the way he does because of genetics, diet, training intensity, consistency, and drugs. But he's not the best at what he does. Maybe adding full range movements to his workout would put him over the top.
I aggree, its just for camera, they dont really train like this, yea they are making some contraction ofc, but not efficient enough.. This is hardcore weight moving, but not hardcore bodybuilding(muscle building, or stimulating hypertrophy)
hate to say it but if he would of lightened up the work load a little he probably wouldn't have gotten hurt. with that being said, all other competitors beware when branch gets hurt he comes back 10 times better.
You would think this is a joke , but he has those crazy legs as a result. But the technique and rep ranges are piss poor supposedly ? I guess ... "supposedly is wrong " and Branch is right !.
If you have the genes for bodybuilding, form doesn't account for very much. You'll still build muscle but at a cost........you just have to look up Branch's injury list and you'll get the idea of what i'm on about .
Hello, have you tried "Musclegion" (just do a Google search for it...)? On their website you will find a good free video demonstrating how to grow notable lean muscle very fast. This helped Devan to break through his body building stagnation and develop chiseled lean muscle mass without fat very fast. Hopefully it will work for you also...
honestly most of the time branch and johnnie have the worst form but i want to see someone say some shit about those hack squats. 12 plates and going way past parallel. Branch is still a beast, steriods or not

Since when do you have to train to failure to train hard? Many people train with really heavy weight and a low amount of reps and they are exhausted at the end of their workout. So dont pull the shit that he doesnt train hard.
But i wasnt saying anything about his range of motion, and i agree with you that his range of motion is shit, and also i agree that he takes shit tons of roids, and at the end of the day no matter how he trains he will always be in better shape than most of us. Yes negative training is hard as hell, but also i know heavy training whoops my ass.
Hm, but you can't really compare yourself, if your not taking the same substances, which enhance their protein-synthesis... and so on, and so on. Also they all got crazy genetics. If a normal Person were to do such high volume workouts with such form and withoutproper ''medication'' he'd only hurt himself and grow near to none. I don't know, wether you use ASS/HGH/Pro-H, but if not you shoulda search for some natural guy, who shows proper form and WO. :) Such as POG, Ulisses...
if there was no contraction, the weight would not be able to move form point A to point B. muscle contraction is what moves the weight. and look at his legs.... now look at yours.... maybe were doing somthing wrong and ehs doing somthing right? lol
Different range of motion gives a different kind of training, does not mean in any way it's not good to train like that. He is 5 Weeks Out from the 2011 Olympia and you think he was showing of the the camera. Don't know Branch but I highly doubt anyone will get to the level he's on if they are thinking about the camera and shit like that when they gym. Just my opinion.
