I live in a town that is extremely corrupt! I've had my life turned upside down by law enforcement in our town 4 times. I'm a law abiding citizen!! Can anyone hook me up with an auditor who is ready to get some tyrants on recording?! If you came to my town I guarantee you would have a viral video in no time!! Law enforcement cannot control themselves around here and they run the jail like a frat house!! The last election the sheriff was being investigated for 3 or 4 felonies!! 2 or 3 felony counts for cover up a couple r@pes and beatings in the jail and another felony counts for taking packages from the post office with no warrant or consent from the post master!! That's just scratching the surface, the sheriff still remains in power!!

Fucking seriously. How can *ALL* citizens including those unable to read, without a High School Degree or even GED be expected to know and obey the law but someone who went to college and was elected or earned the position through appointment is claiming immunity because "I didn't know". Look "lady" Judges are the highest authority in the land and are expected to adjudicate the laws. You can't claim to not understand the thing you graduated college to adjudicate and be taken seriously as a defense. She needs to see prison time for this.

The judge appealed a decision that she must face trial. The country was not joking. The appeals court agreed that the judge must face trial. More proof that our country holds tyrants to account. Our country is not a joke. The judge that thinks she can get away with her tyranny is the joke. Require public servants to maintain insurance that pays for their malfeasance. The cops can legitimately claim qualified immunity here, because they were ordered there by the judge. Aswell as they would have been the appropriate people to execute any search warrants. This is normally a "top down" situation. Who or what gave her the idea that this was okay to even start with? But there's one thing I do question. As a divorced person, my ex did the same thing to me. He just claimed he didn't have anything of mine if he wanted to keep it himself. So in that regard, I do want to pat that judge on the back. The way she went around it was so wrong. But I do wish my judge had done something, anything, to get my property back for me! To this day I am still lamenting the loss of my best in show trophy for a large international show that I won. It was important to me. Obviously, it was to him, also. Granted, it was just a material piece of my accomplishments. But it was MINE. Key word is past tense of previous sentence.

I agree 100% with you. I found it infuriating listen to the judges lawyer argue that the Judge should keep her immunity because she had already been punished when she was: “fined and reprimanded”. That Judge completely trampled ALL over that man’s rights, threatened to take away his freedom and used the court staff, local police department, and the Sheriff’s Department to act as her personal enforcers. It is laughable that she even suggested that the Judge sincerely believed that she had done nothing wrong. People need to understand that there is a MASSIVE difference between what a criminal judge can do and a family court judge can do. Most family court judges believe that they are god and can do whatever they want; Louise Goldston being a prime example. She made up her own rules as she went along, denied that man his most basic legal rights, threatened him- and in my opinion she did this because she believed that she could absolutely get away with it; and even IF her rulings were challenged and defeated, she still believed that she was shielded from justice because of her immunity. That man should sue her and be awarded a financial settlement that sees that judge financially ruined. When settlements are awarded, they serve to compensate the victim for the wrongdoing they’ve suffered AND there needs to be a lesson that it not happen again. If that judge only has to pay that man some ridiculously low amount like $5000, then there is absolutely no precedent set that would force any other judges to make sure they do not act in the same way. For how egregious her actions were, I believe that a 3-5 year prison sentence wouldn’t be out of line. If some man broke into that judges home, threatened her, stole her stuff, etc. something tells me the punishment would be more than a $200 fine and a “reprimand”

Forget financial liability, last time I checked our prisons are full of burglars doing 20 years for their crimes. She committed burglary while the accomplice that was following her orders her entire time openly displayed a firearm. She should be in a federal prison for a minimum of 25 to life once you take the federal firearms escalation into account, and that's assuming you don't also prosecute for assault and battery of the deadly weapon and conspiracy to commit kidnapping, which she is clearly also guilty of.

This is obviously not her first rodeo and I don't want to be rude as she is an old lady but she looked like she was wearing a large incontinence pad and then has the nerve to sit on this mans sofa/chair etc. Nobody wants that kind of smell permeating their furniture or worse something leaking on their stuff. I would have had to throw anything she sat on away. I could tell because my mother used to wear them and I covered her furniture and mine with specially made see through plastic covers that could be easily cleaned and far less embarrassing for her. Having to get up off furniture was a particularly distressing time for her but obviously this judge thinks she can do as she likes in someone else's home; particularly if there are children in the home or even visiting the home. It is just disrespectful and ignorant.

PUT HER IN JAIL! All corruption needs to be JUDICIOUSLY dealt with! The reason these criminals do these things is because there are no consequences for their ILLEGAL and UNLAWFUL BEHAVIOR. She should not have been allowed to resign in effort to circumvent impeachment. That's like a robber going to a bank, holding everyone at gunpoint, but getting off scot-free because he gave the money back, stating, "I didn't know it was unlawful to rob anyone. Nor did I know that using a weapon (the judge used her position as one), would exacerbate the crime I've committed.". 'Ignorance of the law', is especially egregious when cited by someone who is supposed to be in a judiciary position to support it. ALL LAWS are based upon the Constitution, and she usurped it. Common place these days, and WE THE PEOPLE are sick of it. Every case she has ever presided over should be looked upon with a microscope; her assets seized and forfeited to repay the State and this man, and any other, for the injury that she has caused with her corruption.
