Bret has had so many great matches, Bret Vs Piper, Bret Vs Taker, Bret Vs Stone cold, Bret Vs Mr Perfect, Bret Vs British Bulldog. The Hitman is one of my favourites.
i met bret as a kid signing autographs. it was probably the greatest moment of my entire childhood. even though i look back at it and remember how he wasnt really talking to the fans and kept his head down and kept signing picture after picture and was probably tired. just seeing him sitting there blew my mind. bret vs shawn. iron man match. greatest of all time
I can see it now James Ellsworth vs The Undertaker at wrestlemania. A retirement match to send the Undertaker off on a good note, and cement Ellsworth as a top guy in the company.
DUDE, let the man finish, geez, that was really rude. What I've always loved about Bret was and is his sincerity and no nonsense attitude. NVM his resilience, dude recently beat Goddam cancer on top of family tragedies and a stroke. So much respect for the Hitman!
I agreed, he is my all time favourite, even if the WWE is fake his wrestling moves are absolutely. Stunning for any youngster if he wants to be a wrestler, god bless u hitman sir, I am 42, and I was Ur big fan in 1994,when I was in tenth standard, Bret sir Ur the best ever technical wrestler in the history , but when u get personal in any fight u destroy Ur counter wrestler and beat him like a hitman
He's not wrong Bret was an execution master never injured a single person but I mean not everyone can be Bret which is why it's a little rough to bash on Seth that much .
Bret is unbelievably kind. Look at all the wrestlers he puts over. Wow. You have to earn it with Bret, he isn’t bitter, he just says if you are an asshole, you are an asshole, if you are great he will be the first to tell you. I really like that.
Bret Hart such a great showman... I grew up watching with him from elementary school right through University. Anyone that wasnt around to see his late 90s matches doesn't know awesome wrestling.
Is that right well he has good taste, back in Elementary School some 30 years ago we did this thing where you asked someone what they like better Coke or Pepsi. If they answered Pepsi they got a shot in the arm. Pepsi will always be a Poor Man's Coke. Bret Hart and i have the same Birthday July, 2nd
He's looking more like this father Stu Hart every day, including speech and mannerisms. I saw Stu regularly at the old Edmonton Pavilion when he was promoting Stampede in its heyday. Great memories.
I used to dislike Bret, I found him arrogant and self-absorbed. But every time I've heard him speak in a shoot/real-life environment, basically since his Hall of Fame speech, I've been very impressed with him as a man.
I love that as soon as Bret has Kenny's arm for the handshake, he just goes "I mean, there's always a cross-face Chicken Wing." I love Bret. He's great. XD
If only Angle and Hart can go toe to toe....Probably the only thing Hart is jealous of is HBK facing Angle at Wrestlemania lol...still a great damn match
I don't think Seth, in particular. There are a lot of people in WWE who are just completely haphazard in the way they handle other workers (and themselves). 99% of the women's division is a botchfest, Rollins is stiff, Owens is stiff, Reigns is stiff, Brock is beyond stiff (if I was a wrestler of any caliber, I wouldn't step in the ring with him)...
If and WHEN Taker retires I think any legend he has fought should make a fun and random cameo and have Taker respond in amusement like "was that...but I thought I...oh never mind" and then after WM when we FINALLY see him v STING and he wins one last time we should see everyone in locker room and the legends that fought him say their fare wells and to welcome him into the WWE HALL OF FAME. I will seriously tear up hard that night.
no one has to get old, people can always go jump out a window and never get old; not saying that to be facetious or nasty my point is that growing old is a privilege just think about some guy who dies in a car accident at age 23 or something, they would love the opportunity to grow old
+Khiean Paquete i can't think of anything concerning "The Undertaker passing a torch" to somebody in the whole roster. It shouldnt be a thing for him. He's one & only man. No one will ever inherit the skillset, the character, the damn long ass entrance, the urn, and mostly the symbol. He is Undertaker jfc
Love Bret dearly even with his grouchy side. And let's be honest, after the 20 years he's had, I'd be grouchy too! He is reminding me more and more of his dad now too. Kenny should have dressed up like Lord Al from Summerslam '91 to really complete the Bret to Stu transformation though :D
Bret seem more positive now. He doesnt seem as bitter as in a while ago. You can tell. He shown lots of respect to The Undertaker here. Glad The Hitman is in a good place right now.
Is it really fair to bash Seth like that? I mean, sure he broke Cena's nose. I can't argue against that. But Sting? Come on now, the guy is freaking 57 years old, he probably saved him from a lot more trouble had that match gone on. And Bálor was just a bad landing, pretty much like when Seth blew his knee out.
I wish I could see one more match with Bret. He cannot do it again but he should restart his training camp for up and comers. I have not heard of anyone coming out of his camp in a long time. Anyone that has always gets the job done and right
