Likely one from a later chapter as chapter 1-2 skills are going to have too many people going for them since the F2P rate for those skills is likely to be nearly the same as member exp rates. Considering Mining+Smithing as it is likely the first member skill that will be introduced to the player, but really depends if anything in chapter 4 is far more profitable.
I highly doubt very many things will be stackable. It looks like they are going for a more runescspe style inventory. We don't know for sure yet though so it's still possible that things will stack to an extent
Yeah should be a good break from the hustle bustle of other mmos. I grew up playing runescape so I love point and click games and I'm 1000% down for another Gower project
If I had to guess what the extra armor was from, it is likely looted from a chest. Runescape is pretty notorious for having a lot of random chests everywhere that do absolutely nothing. In the early days of classic it was pretty common to have scattered lootable chests in random locations, but they were often far away from actual skilling locations rather than integrated with it. They all also had either a cooldown or a long walk to get back to them that randomly spawning chests near skilling could solve. The other thing it possibly could be is a tree chest. Might sound weird for an entire treasure chest to fall from a tree, but runescape already does that with extra steps with clue nests from trees.
So just so I know I'm on the right track with your theory. If they were to click the equipment tab we would see their armor that is equipped, so the armor inside of the inventory is extra armor that this player is carrying in their inventory
made it, i did some of the investigative work on the original trailer but just haven't had the gumption to post it, excited to play this game and uncover some of these mysteries :) i wonder if they'll put out anything else before launch
They dropped a 13 second clip I broke down today. Idk if any big news or reveals or answers are going to come before launch or not but I'd almost rather us be kept in the dark as much as possible. That being said I'd expect a marketing campaign to start up soon as we are less than a month from launch
Also you made it? That's insane you are insane! An ABSOLUTE Legend in my books, when it comes to the content you have, just post it. No one is good at first but you only get better by trying. I think Koro Sensei in assassination classroom put it the best when he said " The difference between a novice and a master is that the master has failed more times than the novice has even tried"
I cannot wait. Andrew will deliver for us classic rpg fans i do believe. We don’t need all the bells and whistles of today’s games. Most games that are open world now have mixed reviews. Graphics are second to gameplay.
I am all about point and click and this game is right up my alley. I grew up playing runescape and like you said I believe Andrew knows how to deliver an enticing mmo
if you look at the image where the backpack is shown.. there's a helmet symbol above it, and a crossed swords above that, what's probably a journal above that. We know what the backpack is. Crossed swords is probably enter combat? Journal is easy enough. The helmet though.. is probably equipment. RS players are used to equipment being inside the inventory but I'm pretty sure you don't have the carry your equipment in this one. That's why there are 3 leg pieces.. they're just extra. Others have speculated that the ? symbol on some of the gear means it's not identified, but we have no info about such a system in the game yet. ty for the video, you showed some details we hadn't noticed yet!
? Symbol being unidentified makes sense, why do are all the armor pieces highlighted with the star above em, makes me think they are what is equipped. I see the gear tab now though so I see what you are saying by this being just extra gear in the inventory
There's a partially filled bar above the branch/basket showing how full it is The colors of the numbers just match the color of the symbols to the left The armor with the question marks are most like obtained from drops I'm guessing the shield with the anchor is obtained from whichever skill that anchor is..
The anchor is hopeports symbol i don't think it represents a skill, also typically games don't change colors of numbers without that change in color having meaning so I'm assuming it's a bit deeper than just surface level symbol color = number color, but I could be wrong. Someone else was speculating that the question mark means currently un identified but that was just a guess as well
@@FringePatriotGaming The symbols are the different regions, the anchor is Hopeport, the tree is Hopeforest and the smithing icon is Mine of Mantuban. My presumption is that it shows where items are gathered specifically; so you can navigate there. The question mark might indicate a region you have not visited yet? idk. Colors do line up for Crenopolis but it'd be a total shot in the dark. Source is the official website btw
I mean.... the multipe items are just in the backpack, not equipped right.... so they are just carrying them around - not equipping 3 sets of leg armor?
@@YolBolsun-1212 why do they all have the green bar surrounging them and star on top.... that's what made me assume it's equipped.... who carries around three sets of leg gear... Unless perhaps some of those provide different buffs for skilling.... Perhaps this person is wearing lumberjack gear to boost yield hence the armor in the inventory is meant to be equipped should combat happen... I guess the plot thickens
Yeah I'm wondering how that will play out with a lot of players. World hopping like runescape or layering and completely sperate servers like wow. Idk but I'd prefer the world system but even them it doesn't look like some rooms can't handle even 40 players
