I don't have a doner kebab shop near to me when I come out of the pub. So, I make home made doner kebab meat, slice it and keep it in the freezer in single portions so I can have one when I want.
British doner kebabs are always made with either lamb or chicken. So plenty kebab shops have it with a mint sauce to go with the lamb.
Hope you like it, its simple to make and you can store the meat in the freezer so you can knock one up whenever you like.
