Have you ever found yourself going through the pantry and fridge to find days old left-over cakes, chocolate bars, opened packets of sweets or lollies that nobody else was going to eat but still good enough to keep? Well I have! One day I just got so frustrated with these bits and pieces taking up precious space in my fridge and pantry, that I decided I needed to get rid of them....but in a productive way :-) The result was an unforgettable treat! It's a medley of flavors in one single slice...so I am naming it BROWNIE MEDLEY!! Best re-cycled cake I've ever tasted!! Lol!
