I'm a 58 year old obese female with really bad arthritic knees. I'm very out of shape. I just started today and I'm doing this in small increments because my knees get very painful. My goal right now is to just not have to stop. I love the music and the steps are not hard.

Anybody else feel like Rick is an old friend you have known for years? He's really the only trainer that makes me feel like I'm doing a fun music workout with a friend. This was so fantastic for my hourly step break. I'm at a desk job and Iove taking hourly breaks to stretch my legs and get some movement. This was perfect!!! And the music got me pumped for the next hour of work. Thank you! ❤️

That was KRAZY‼️ My legs have been killing me for 2 days because of a different workout I did. I pushed myself to without today and try your video for the first time. As soon as I started I was having so much fun that I forgot my legs were hurting. I feel amazing right now! New Sub! ❣️

So happy I found you Rick. 63 year old couch potato, on average doing 1500 steps A DAY! This was a blast and I did it twice this morning and planning on a a 1500 step this afternoon.
OMG Rick, you have outdone yourself with this one. I absolutely LOVED IT! But I think you may have broken the law. Because it must some sort of criminal offense for this workout to be only 8 minutes long. So, please get cracking on a much longer version of Bruno!

I'm so glad I found you online. I recently had my second rotator cuff surgery of the year and finding fun workouts that I can modify while in a sling has been a challenge. I did your 5000 step workout this morning. My version wasn't pretty but I got my heart pumping with a smile on my face. THANK YOU! With my first surgery in April, I walked up and down my stairs 30 minutes a day. Good workout, no smile!
Rick just found your videos and I'm loving them. I'm 69 years old and take fitness serious. Since Ive taking care of my elderly Parents, I've learned how important physical therapy and exercise are to well being. Thank you for these wonderful, fun exercises!

These are so fun! My phone said 700 steps but I get your counter too! Nice warmup for an upper body lifting day! I love little dance/step breaks! I like to send these to my dancing daughter that just moved to college. Such a fun little step out for a homework break!
I really enjoyed this. It was easy enough and the music was bouncing. I'm not a massive fan of the no commentary. I usually need the motivation to get me through the harder workouts, but as this workout was short and sweet I found it okay. Will definitely do this one again. It's good to have the variation between the harder HIIT workouts and these ones.They have helped me out loads. I have lost 5 stone since February following Ricks workouts and will keep going! Thanks guys 💪🏻
Loved this! I can now enjoy working out (by walking) at home backwards and forward when the weather is bad or when I don't want to drive somewhere. It's also safe. Another thing is that Bruno Mars will keep me moving. Thank you Rick!

This is my first time here, and I am coming back after months of not working out. Thank you thank you thank you…. I am going to do at least 15 minutes a day to start back and then move on. I’m 65 and want to be back into great shape. I am going to do this and your cool down, plus some abs…. Then I will go up to 30 minutes.

I'm 67, way overweight, always loved dancing but feel to large to get out on a dance floor (plus feel old in a bar dancing) - This work out was fun, doable and not too long. Will be back tomorrow to find another from Get Fit With Rick!!!

We just discovered you. Did Will Smith, Christmas, and Bruno Mars this morning. You keep the steps moving. It felt like we had only worked out for 15 minutes instead of 30. Loved all the counters, times, and pictures of next steps. I'm 66, my sister is 60, and my daughter is 40. We all had fun.
