I was a labourer on site for ages back in the day. Always thought being a bricky was a rubbish mundane job. But I love this channel. Your openness, skill and explanation.
One thing I wonder. How life for a bricky or a work site has changed from the 80’s till now. You are obviously to young to remember. But do brickys tell you the difference?
You mate are the first person that I have seen pushing the block up to fill the joint and giving it a jiggle back and forth to get down to the line on RU-vid. That and several other tricks/knacks gained me a nickname "Rocket". My Surname is Robins so Rocket Robin 😂 I cannot wait to see how you put down bricks mate
I know how you feel with the dizziness mate, years back, i went on a coach trip from London to Alton Towers, hot day, straight in the bar, two pints downed, followed by 2 cheesy hotdogs, straight on the twister, spent the next 6 hours on my back chucking up and trying to steady a spinning head, gutted 😄
Charlie why dont you just do one vid a week like ashville and matipo landscaping will free up your time more and atleast your still catching content I know what's it like smashing it on site day in day out last thing I'd want to do it editing videos every night
We was the only gang on site 2day,the fannies.. was only abit ov wind an rain,we got loads done..an most ov em live local an drive, I biked their 6 miles in head wind I was fucked but least I got their 😅
would it not have been easier just to set 4/5 concrete dividers like on the motor way instead of pulling u off u job ? but i soppse its all money at the end of the day
All Amy needs to do now to be a pro builder is start effing and geoffing every other word oh and moan a bit more . Just be careful though because what happens on site doesn’t all ways stay on site , if she gets the hump and takes it home it will be crappy food and silent tv .
@@RandomScott100 nice! OK so the mclarens a little older (2013) but I've always wanted one. Once you start looking at 2015 plates they start getting a bit expensive
I hear clowns calling you a "house basher" as though they are trying to say your work is sub-standard. Everything I have seen is absolutely bang on the money, much better than I have seen plenty of day rate brickies turn out at quarter of the speed. Fair play to you all.👍
@@r100ler I know what it means, mate.....I was one myself a few years ago! But I also know that the term is used as an insult on here by some armchair experts who go through videos in microscopic detail to look for "faults" to comment on.
