Be careful calling it just vaginal dryness - it can be (and often is) VAGINAL ATROPHY / GSM which is vastly more serious and can/does kill women and leads to incontinence. It affects 80% women. It is often mistaken for UTIs, so repeated UTI symptoms in peri/post menopause is often an early sign of GSM/VVA. It also is one of the only perimenopause symptoms that continues after menopause and worsens until we die and therefore MUST be treated as early as possible. It must be taken seriously.
