Another great one!!! I made the “WISE” decision to bump up .5 each block 🥵 I am super proud I ended that last 1min at 6.5. I have NEVER gone past 6.0 bc I was mentally stopping myself. Your “you’re ok” and “you got it” really helped push me! Thank you❗️
