I think that god made Cassey specifically for this job, as a fitness instructor. Cause for other fitness you tubers, I get unmotivated after a while doing their workouts, but even when I'm so bloody tired, somehow Blogilates is able to persuade me to exercise and once I'm done with one video, I'm just moving on to the next without stopping. So thank you cassey for creating Blogilates and motivating all of us lazy assed out there to work to keep healthy.

I know you said bring a friend along so you're not doing this alone, but with you as the teacher, your personality and upbeat attitude and how vocal and encouraging you are, that is all I really want and need in a workout partner!! I feel the exact same way. Whether the workouts themselves bring me back or not Cassey does I'm not going to lie.even though I stay active at the gym Iher workouts do bet tough the instructors
I've been watching her since 2013 and i must say she's the only trainer on RU-vid that makes me want to move. She puts me in a good mood and the way she talks during the workout makes me feel happier. I don't get all grumpy like i used to instead i feel positive and calm because she makes it fun. It really feels like you have a workout buddy with you. She gives this happy positive energy that makes you want to workout with her everyday.😭💖 love you Cassey!

I've been doing this workout along with your other leg/butt workouts everyday for about 3-4 weeks now, I noticed that my butt perked up and my thighs are looking a bit slimmed down. My family also noticed that my butt/legs looks nicer lol This honestly motivated me to continue doing these workouts, thank you so much Cassey!

First off Casey I don't if you'll read this but I absolutely have to say thank you sooooo much. I did my beginner calendar in the summer and I enjoyed it... And you know how you always say you'll get stronger I'm getting stronger. I can complete most of your workouts without breaks and I'm so proud of myself. I get upset if I'm too tired or don't have the time to complete all my workouts for the day and it's not a bother anymore and I'm glad... Again thank you so much And I think you should do a beginner cardio next because I'm not the best in that area and I know I'm not the only one... Love your leggings btw

Cassey, I've been following you for years but I've come and gone a lot. I always come back because I love your energy and I appreciate the encouragement throughout - I'm dealing with a lot of negativity regarding the positive changes I'm making in my life right now, so you've no idea how much it means. I started to see changes in my physical appearance last week, BUT this video, the start of week 3, is where I see and feel the changes in my movement!!! YES!!! FINALLY! My hips are steadier, my movements are more fluid, and I feel just a liiittle more graceful on the mat! Thank you for being you and sharing and loving what you do!
I LOVE this video. It's perfect for beginners, but also just if you want to have a nice chill workout or lead-in to a harder workout. I come back to this anytime I'm struggling to motivate myself to workout.
What I love about Cassey's workouts is that they're hard without killing your joints. I have a few injuries, and a lot of days I can't do much with my hands and my feet. Most other workout videos are either too much impact for me to do, or so easy going that I feel like I haven't worked out. Cassey's are perfect!

Thank you for your great, short, challenging and "just right" videos - I've always felt shame around my flexibility or ability to perform exercises when I'm at an unfit stage (getting back into it after a transition to remote work at home) at but somehow you know exactly when to push and when to encourage. You make me feel like fitness is a possibility for me, and I even smiled a few times during this, thanks to you! Thank you for creating and sharing these videos! This is my favourite butt and thigh workout video ever because these exercises Don't strain my knees. I might be doing others wrong to strain my knees but these don't and I feel them burning my thighs and butt which is what I came for.

Could you do an ab beginners video but back friendly? I've been doing Pilates with you for a few months now and I love it, already seen a difference and although working out is hard you definitely make it fun for me. The only videos I can't actually do are the ab ones. I have unstable spine (not sure what's the exact english term for it, sorry) and also harnia on my lower back so sadly, I can't work out to those videos. But everything else so far is great, and I've already built some muscle which is insane for me, so thank you.
Kami Blackmon You can't target a zone really, It's more probable that you're carrying extra fat in that area. You can lose weight (fat) overall and you'll find it'll come off there first. Then work on building muscle to improve the look of it x (Sports recovery & Nutrition - Not that means I'm qualified but I wanted you to know I'm not a random 😁 )

i’m so glad that this doesn’t involve those exercise like squats or fire hydrants cause my knee is weak af (i’m only a teenager but yes my knee is weak for some reason ??) but my butt is flat af and i’ll try this soon !!!

Depends on you! I like to have a light snack before working out. Cassey did a blog post about what to eat before & after. Anything you enjoy will relieve stress. If you enjoy pilates DO IT. I find it super relaxing.
I'm so glad to have found your videos and your workout calendar. I started it last week sunday, and while i havent been consistent doing every days workout, ive managed to do more within this past week than i have in a really long time. I do have to make some modifications or not completely do certain moves because my joints have already betrayed me in my early 20's but It still feels good to be able to workout and already see improvement in how well I can hold up and how my body is already improving after a short time. It's really helping boost my mood as I haven't enjoyed my body's appearance or weight lately, but knowing im able to work through the daily videos with your motivation has been awesome
Elizabeth Banos for me I see it the next day slight definition but full effect a month or two. Take in though you will see results during the month or two but you gotta stick with it! I really recommend her for abs because Pilates is the best for and
I did weight training all throughout college which helped get me in much better shape and have done Mary Helen Bowers Ballet beautiful too, but this is also an excellent way to get me into gear as well. It can be so easy to slack off exercising, especially when the hardest part for me is actually getting myself to start the exercise. Thank you SO much for these workouts. You are amazing!
I forgot how much I liked your videos! Due to the chaos of college, I haven't been able to work out as much but I started my new workout routine with your videos because they are easy to follow and your positive attitude distracts me from the burn!

oh thank heavens for this video. It's cold and rainy and miserable right now in Budapest and I was feeling a little overwhelmed with the calendar, so I was kinda doubting I'd get inspiration for workout. April 19,it's been a while that I'm facing problems like body ache , headache, digestive issues for me this time it started from my own thoughts. When I don't feel good my whole body starts to breakdown but now I'm restarting again with my studies ✌️.
there are soooo many things I really enjoy about this video. others seem really boring, but I like your energy and enthusiasm you share with the viewers. The fact that you also say that you can feel it too, letting me know that this there is someone here with me even though there's not, really helps my motivation. The songs, make it fun. I dont think about reps and I just chillax listening to the music while working out. Its great. There were times when you said things like "you're doing great" and "I am so proud of you" really made me want to keep going and not stop. I don't know, this whole thing was just amazing and I really look forward to continuing my journey with you

Cassey, I need to take a moment to thank you for sharing all that you have. I was a runner that lived for the runner’s high and was reaching my body goals but I severely injured my knee and was no longer able to run. I turned to your videos and found a new endorphin release in your videos AND have noticed Im reaching my body goals even quicker. Thank you so much! Cassey, I absolutely love this video. I really like how it sounded like you were almost whispering, just that calm quieter tone of voice at the beginning. It almost felt like a stretch video but with the benefit of a workout that doesn’t make me wanna cry. Like, this quiet encouragement kept me going and my mind calm. I almost fell asleep when we laid down and during the grasshoppers, I just felt so at peace. I really like this calm feeling and especially because this was the last workout video of my day. I've been going to the gym ever since I was a teenager and I havent been going for the past 2 years because I have been doing online videos. I LOVE your videos, especially the ones like this (on the mat) because there's no impact but still VERY challenging. It's helped me heal my back and I dont feel pain anymore and also, my knees feel better. I feel great and I've never been in better shape so thank you! :)

This is my favorite work of all time honestly, but the last couple of moves on my stomach always make me feel like I need to throw up. And breathing into the mat doesn't make it any better, but I power through.
co worker wanted me to try this. I told her I don't do Pilates because I don't find them challenging enough. She sent me your 30 day workout and I'm only day 7 now- it is challenging but this one I found the easiest. But I'm also a believer that Pilates can be fun and a great workout!
This was surprisingly fun! Though I had it really difficult with the grasshopper, I had to switch it out to something else, it just hurt my back and I didn't feel anything in my butt
Hi Casey, im a 2 y/o popster and recently I've injured my lower back, near pelvic area, which is so messed up. Doctor said I have to stop heavy workout for now, so can you do some pop pilates that can ease the back, but at the same time get my fats burning? Thanks you Casey 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
