same thing with the lock picking lawyer if he says "you might want to consider it" thats something that should be purchased. For instance: His review on the PacLoc locking hitch pin, I bought one 2 weeks ago because of that video.
i think one of the things that makes Andrew so entertaining to watch is that he describes what he does as "fun". We're not really just watching a man work. We're watching a man have fun.
That’s a serious material mover. May dad ran one for 25 years for a coal company and he loved every minute, always said he enjoyed it more than he deserved.
You got to appreciate Andrew on how he spends his RU-vid earnings. He doesn’t buy luxury stuff like most popular youtubers. He buys more used equipment so he can fix it and give us viewers more quality content. Thank you Andrew.
Hey Andrew it's your friend Rocco from Connecticut always enjoy your videos I looking for a used tracked skid steer like the ones you have what is a good price for one of those please let me know thanks your friend Rocco from Connecticut always enjoy seeing Levi and Cody
@@AndrewCamarata why this huge trackloader, are you planning to quarry a lot more roadbase from your lot ? It looks like a bit too big and cumbersome to haul to your average driveway project... but if you put it in front of a forest, it would roll right through it...
I've watched at least 50 of his videos.... He NEVER tells the viewers to "subscribe" or "hit the like button".... people just do it freely b/c he makes good content!!
I’m the same age as Andrew and I love sharing these videos with my friends and family. Both my wife and daughter love watching the new ones together as a family.
I can't tell you how much I get a kick out of just one hard-working guy owning one of almost every type of heavy construction vehicle. Just waiting for the wrecking ball crane video...
Andrew continues to make a very strong case for being the first overall draft pick when we're picking teams for the zombie apocalypse. I don't know if we'll survive, but I know we'll survive longer than everyone else.
Yeah, was wondering how he's gonna get it around. Isn't the limit on his new ish trailer like twenty tons? I may be wrong though, sure he would have a plan before buying it.
@@Mark_Chandler they can turn on 120 degrees, but most likely he backed down the road, with out a tractor's weight and obstruction, it's not hard. Try doing that in a subdivision with cars on both sides of the road, that's a challenge.
@@Mark_Chandler if I knew what his yard looked like I would have turned around up at his house, looks like a few good spots. May have had to move a couple pieces of equipment, but his road is nice, either way would have worked.
Nothing can beat the versatility of a track loader on the job site. I own and operate the newer generation of the 977, i have a 973C with the hydrostatic, and it always impresses me how much i can do with it.
Great seeing the old 977's getting some use, If your collecting or needing a bigger bucket with power. A Caterpillar 983 crawler loader would finish off the line, Nicely
Andrew reallly loves heavy equipment...his vlogs are always interesting...:) He is an inspiration to every hard worker in America. He has sth that is being lost..the independent guy with a can-do attitude!
Idk if it'll fit! 😂 This guy has a serious fleet going now. One of the only RU-vidrs that I watch every single "just bought a" video because its always something cool. Happy Friday!
Or build a big barn to store everything under the roof. I feel like in Europe it is more common to store all your gear under roof, but benefit of America (correct me if I'm wrong) is that your can make your ranch as big as u need space for.
It’s a shame that the engine side covers are missing on so many of these old traxcavators. Great video it’s people like you that care about these old Cats Many thanks
when you are digging with that 977 wiggle the bucket going into the bank, instead of just lifting it you will have more success filling the bucket. run one for many years good machine
As long as the operator knows how to run it. I’m not being and asshole or troll, but nothing I’ve ever seen this guy run impressed me and I’ve been running equipment for 25 yrs
Hello Andrew, you have bought a very good machine in the 977K. I saw many of these in action when I was a young cat mechanic in the 1970's. It has an engine and transmission that are perfectly matched for hard work. Its not often that you see a fully enclosed cab on this model, a very good option. Just remember that digging in solid rock will shorten the life of any machine. I will be following you now and look forward to more videos of this machine. Thanks!
I have been watching ur videos for a while. I have been running Heavy Equipment since 1968 . I have seen you from start and you are getting better. Keep on going you are doing fine
When Andrew says the guy is Good, you know he means it. Andrew is awesome and i admire him a great deal, he has a great work ethic, raised right, never takes anything or anyone for granted and always there if and when you need him or ask him for help. Sure the guys he grew up with and still his close friends can attest to that. Road looks great Andrew, I know you been after that for a while, and glad that you finally got a piece that can do the job... Inspector Cody seems to approve as well:-)_
I mean, let’s really think about it.....this dude built himself a CASTLE. A metal and concrete fortress that will be standing for well over a hundred years.
LOVE these old Cats , ran both models they are hard working earth movers. a 977 is = to D7 / 955 = D5 of their era. this 977 you bought looks to be in great shape. good luck with all your equipment.
Yes! Another awesome video Andrew! Looking forward to seeing more of this machine. Love tracked loaders from that era. Always get excited to see the green 955 out on jobs. Best of luck with her!
The difference a good truck driver and a great truck driver makes is unbelievable! Cody is always wet because Labradors love water, I hope that you’ve got a video coming up where you get to use the 977 to it’s full potential and thanks for another great video 👍🏻
Track loaders? Hah! Andrew just stated that he put a deposit on a Cat 988 and if thats true, then a semi truck with a flatbed will be next on the list because a 988 is fucking huge! Okay, he didnt say which model, but even the Model A or B are already huge and i totally dont think he will get a Model K or Model H since those are even bigger.
Great video - I can't wait to see what Andrew builds for the car service/outdoor storage area. That will be epic. Maybe he will build an underground tunnel and put in containers that connect to his castle!
Looks like you purchased a good machine. Tracks look good,no extra smoke under load, no extra noise from hydraulics or transmission under load. Happy dirt moving.
I find it funny that andrew saying i will try to keep it short but its still a 16 min video when most uploaders content is hardly 10 min. Love the content of a genuine guy doing stuff he loves.
Most uploaders have an average view time of about 3-4 min so its not worth making a video more than about ten minutes. Andrew has no trouble getting people to watch his three plus hour snowmobile epic so for him a 16 min video is kind of short.
He's gonna get his buddy, Jesse Mueller to start the hauling, I'm guessing!!. Jesse just got a semi, and is looking for a lowboy! Jesse just got some bigger pieces of equipment....so now needs a bigger semi and trailer!!!
Save up and eventually u get there :) So far over a course of 5 years i have collected a atv, tractor, a bobcat skidsteer and a yanmar mini excavator, everytime i see em it makes me happy.
@@Ants_Pants I'm hoping to buy a skidsteer either this year or next year depending on how things go. would make my life so much easier instead of struggling to move heavy stuff around.
@@bendude6748 Skidsteer's r best, used to move stuff around with my tractor loader, but haven't touched that in ages now. i'm not surprised at all why Andrew likes skid-steers so much lol.
@@Ants_Pants yeah I like how maneuverable they are, plus they’re a good size to fit in my shed, if I got a full size tractor it probably wouldn’t fit through the door lol
Can you do a video about the differences between the track loader vs the wheeled loader from the operators perspective when digging into the bank please. Another great video Andrew. Thanks
Hey from someone that dug over 500 basement back in day with a front engine (977) (983) track loader. Use the torque converter more. Stop the track spin..get a bite near idle and roll into the coal..not wide open. You will get more done..and get more life out bottom..and stay away from mud..she sink like a pig..great machines..the 963 cant cut like that pig due to weight. Good luck
Huge fan of the Chanel. Its amazing what one hardworking man can do with the right tools and determination! Would love to see him in a Cat D11, he would be able to move that Mountain.
The tough part often is that "If I had [this equipment] for [that job] how much easier/faster/more efficient it would have been." At least until you start thinking it through and remember just what you own that will pull a 30t trailer.
Andrew I wish you would make your videos longer, I am an older person that used to be like You. Know All I can do is watch guy's wrenching and doing things thiere way. Got mad Respect for you Andrew.
