Dude...this channel changed my life. At 13 years old I was the skinniest kid in school and was bullied a lot. The hardest exercise that I could do was knee push up and now I can do dips muscle up, L hang and I'm training for muscle up. I went from 170 cm and 45kg to 175cm and 60kg.
Keep it up man. Congrats for your effort, and you should feel proud of yourself because you turn negativity into motivation, into commitment with love and passion and don't give up. Just a friendly notice. You should not praise your results more than effort (effort is much more important than success, because you will only experience success in a short period of time), and do your best by searching advantages and disadvantages, reasons, rewards and consequences to improve your decision-making, and good luck in your journey, always try your best.

I've been doing calisthenics for almost a month now and I can see a huge difference in my reps, but not really in my physical appearance that much. I only been doing core strengthening and basic pushups, pullups, and chin up workouts. I'm having a little bit of trouble losing belly fat, but besides that I been feeling more energetic and motivated to keep going.
Happy New Year bro! Can you make an Advanced Tuck Planche Tutorial? I can't really get into it. I can hold the Tuck Planche for like 20-30 seconds and Bent Arm Planche for like 10 seconds.
My solution is eat healthy foods but more calories and secondly mix up your training routine like what I am doing I do muscle endurance aka bodyweight training and muscular hypertrophy which is free weight training and I do low intensity cardio or in other words aerobic cardio
Can anyone help me? Ive been doin calisthenics since i was 14, now im 15. Ive gain muscle mass and strength ( i still have belly fat) ,bcus i cant eat all those things that are necessary for fat burning, such as: protein, etc. I eat whatever my parent cook me.
i have taken your program but i feel dizzy the next day after workouts .i cant really do anything much when training please tell me which thing is not right here
Hello there! As I mention in introduction videos in my program the first two weeks of program may be quite intense - in case you may not regenerate even with 48 hours of rest between workouts simply add an additional day to rest. After a few weeks your body should adapt and you will get stronger + recover faster.
