Hullo, It is so wonderful, amazing and awesome to watch Kylie Johnson show some of her routine. I have a sore knee which I need to take into account when I exercise. Kylie is a great encouragement for me. I will work on my upper body routines more now.

I am working on overall strength and fitness, focusing on cutting down on flab in the process. Started back running, but due to the lack of suitable parks in the area, hubby and I put in a pull-up bar and some parallel bar in our backyard. I am kind of shocked at how much upper body strength I have lost since high school, but working on it. No illusions, just discipline and hard work. I will do sets of pullups again!

No doubt i was about to comment the same dam thing. At first i was like im gonna check her out she looks ok then i heard her talk and she actually is a rare girl thag is better lookin up close. Im very happy for and her success gos to show if you put your mind to something it can be done love this woman
