Happy 10th anniversary for Black ops 2. Alongside with Assassin's Creed 3, Dust an elysian tale, Halo 4, Twisted Metal, Borderlands 2, Deadlight, Shank 2 and the rest.
@@thecatonacouch9371 It'll be the greatest thing to ever make a comeback, it'll shatter the younger gaming community and bring back the OG's for one last dance to this incredible game. No other cod will EVER top BO2, this game is PERFECT. If a remaster comes to the PS4 or PS5, I can officially die in peace knowing that my childhood game came back to save me and all of us from these horrible modern cod games and fortnite.
***** on many bo2 Maps like Nuketown , Highjacked , etc you always get spawn camped , also , Dominion on most bo2 Maps is rather easy since there are only a few ppaths to travel across the map , while in ghosts all maps were large enough
Let me remind you of those good times: -The snipers with the Ballista and the Dsr 50 -Nuketown 2025, Standoff, Raid, Plaza... -Invitation problems : « Bro It won’t let me invite you, you try hosting », « Dude it won’t let me invite you you either try restarting the game » -The glitch to copy the emblems -During the game when the voice said : « Be advised hunter killer drone inbound » « Be advised enemy RCXD in bound » « You’re the only one left, complete the mission » -The Score streaks : the warthog, EMP systems, swarm, K9 Unit, Lodestar, Escort Drone, Vtol Warship, Orbital VSAT -Too powerful weapons: MSMC, Scar H, AN-94, M8A1 (with select fire), MP7, PDW57. -The Nuclear Medal -The secret diamond camo -The league Rank -The domination, search and destruction, demolition. -« The match is about to begin... 3...2...1... ( someone is leaving the lobby) Need more players to balance teams » I miss those nice time...
@@ocean7589 I loved hearing my friends argue about what sniper to use, it was fun at the time but these days it reminds me of loosing friends and I really don't wanna cut myself more, so I don't play it anymore. :/
@@APunyCricket yea I argue sometimes with my friends on games I play now and we get mad at each other but we end up forgetting about it lol. When choosing snipers I never really cared tbh cause I always ran with what was my best sniper and I was usually good at it. I got invited to join a clan when Advanced warfare came out because I was popping off with the sniper on there.
Was vacuuming my gaming room while listening to music, this one popped up as my next 'song'. Just stood there 5 min looking at a blank wall, enjoying my childhood all over again
As a kid, I'd thought Black Ops was the ultimate FPS, the perfect COD game... Then this absolute sick gem came out when I was 12 and blew my fucking mind. This game - both its story and multiplayer - will stay in my heart forever. Masterpiece.
Literally me just a while ago, shit brought back so many good days bro I miss it, life been hard on me like crazy, it was good stopping by to hear this
Well, Considering as it was definitely the best cod out there in my opinion, the music just hits me in a way that I really enjoy. It feels nice, and no, I'm 21
kyuubinaruto222 I agree on that, it definitely is the best CoD. It doesn't bring me necessarily "nostalgic" feels, just good memories of the past few years.
Cozmarr Gaming No. Nostalgia is a sentimental feeling you get from things from your past, mostly a decade or two old. I don't feel sentimental for Black Ops 2, but it just reminds me of some things that have happened during the past 3 years. I think I worded my previous comment wrong, they're not necessarily _good_ memories, just little things I remember.
+Valenfield you nuts? have you ever heard of mw2 or mw3? or cod 4 ? please stop disrespecting mw2 best cod that ever came out from story to multiplayer
I was 6 when this game came out since my brother was older he owned this game and an Xbox 360 so around like 2012 - 2015 when he wasn’t home I’d hop on this game and have me a good time life was simple then I miss it I hope to get a copy of this game again one day
2013 man. Xbox 360 on the couch with the windows down raging at multiplayer and try-hards with Peacekeepers, then staying up till way past 12:00 with a Mtn. Dew and trying to make it past round 20 on zombies. What times.
The Moment that enemy walked through that door on that mission karma and David pushed him against the wall and slit his throat and this song started playing I just knew shit was about to get real that scene And that mission is so badass and memorable
I miss playing bo2 with my neighbors almost everyday, we haven't kept in touch over 4 years now. Whenever we queued to 1v1 each other it would play this song, good times. The times when all I had to worry about was if I was free to head over there to play BO2 with them. Now I gotta worry how I was gonna live pay check to pay check. Can't believe its been a decade already.
I've been taking a counter-stand recently against modders..by modding. Anytime I see a modder on BO2 that cheats to win, or whatever, I freeze him in place, turn on anti-quit, blow his character up several times, and then freeze his console. Essentially giving a fat "fuck you". I mod in Free-for-All to host trickshot lobbies. If anyone plays on Xbox 360 and trickshots, add the user Telepathy IX, although I'm currently very inactive from BO2.
Let’s all agree that these were the best days of our lives. Playing all night on the weekends with our friends. In 10 years this will still be legendary and the best Cod ever🔥
Hello everyone, i just wanna say that im really happy to be in that comment section that is full of nostalgia and nostalgic people (like me) We will never forget all these wonderful days and night that we spent while playing that amazing game that Black Ops 2 was, i hope everyone is doing well. Rest in peace 2008-2012, we will never forget the joy that Black ops 1 and 2, Modern Warfare 2 and 3 brought us.
To all of you saying go and play it on PS3, Xbox 360 or even Xbox One, it's not fucking that lmao. We're talking about the old days (2012-2014), when they were updating the game constistantly and it was fun because you played with your friends, and as this was 6 years ago, lots of our friends moved on and BO2 is just not the same, no way, and it doesn't matter if it's on Xbox one. The days of when LOTS of players were on, lots of updates, double XP, pub stomping, no mods, custom game 18 man lobbies. Them days, which will never come back. And ofc friends which you'll never get back if they moved on :(
Remember when Black Ops was the top standard for the CoD series? Remember when Treyarch strived to be the best developer of the franchise? When Black Ops games were so freaking good that the name sold itself? A video game series so great that its developer rode the highs to obscurity? Black Ops and Black Ops II allowed Treyarch to slack off. Once Black Ops 3 showed us that they didn’t care I had a bad feeling about Black Ops 4. A fear that would be proven legitimate this week. They no longer care. They milk the Black Ops franchise to its absolute limits and have no shame. I was excited to hear that Bo4 would be a direct successor chronologically to Black Ops II; the best game in the entire CoD history. But then the terror sunk in. No campaign. Battle Royale. Specialists with embarrassing emotes. Only this week when I tried it for myself did I see how stale the series has become. Without a campaign to tether the other modes to a distinct setting the game feels fractured. Hollow. Compare it to Black Ops II where the setting was nailed and made total sense, it serves as a parody of it’s own series. Here’s to you, Black Ops II. You will never be forgotten by this man who played the hell out of this game as a teenager. You were the only game where I got Diamond Camo to the Assault Weapons and reached 10th Prestige. You were the only game I can honestly say deserves the utmost praise not only as a CoD title, but as an excellent Video Game by your own merits. You will be missed.
You use words so descriptive, the best comment I have seen on this video. You are right, Black Ops 3 has just gotten bad. Activision milking it literally making every game about DLCs and supply drops. They're literally so desperate anymore that they even use Battle Royale, it's just pathetic anymore.
Black Ops 3 was pretty good, but never as good as Black Ops 2, though at least most of the weapons that were released were instead just new weapons rather than straight up powercreep (I say most of them. Fuck the XMC.) And Black Ops 4 is serving to be a great multiplayer game, though I wish they did make a campaign. Though, I honestly don't know where they'd go with the story after fucking my mind with Black Ops 3.
WOOO Finally someone who gets it this is how games beed to be again actually good and well made not some piece of shit like black ops 3 i mean really wall running specalists May as well add the fucking DLC Disappointments only good thing in BO3 was zombies but even then that was under the bar
Although the story present in the Specialist HQ is admittedly more interesting than Black Ops 3 (and is VERY MUCH connected to the first 2 Black Ops games), I agree that the series has gone downhill in more ways than one. Initially, I was glad there was no campaign because it's better to bring nothing to the table than to bring something shit like BO3 and ruin the franchise more. But they could have made a great campaign out of what they had with the Specialist HQ! Multiplayer is so fucking frustrating and annoying with the map design, and it feels like I'm the only one who does less damage than everyone else (not to mention the spawntrapping). And while the Chaos story is promising and really well-made, they blew all their budget making those maps and hiring the celebrity voice actors (Brian Blessed, Helena Bonham-Carter, Kiefer Sutherland, etc). Now the finale for the Aether storyline is stuck with slideshow "comic book" cutscenes and only remake maps with reused assets.
@@cheesecake2307 bo3s zombies is way better than bo1s and bo2s its campaign is slightly worse than 2s but better than 1s and the multiplayer is better than 1 and about the same as 2 for me
