I think it's all bullcrap. A song cannot cause suicides. And for the dad who thought Ozzy Ozborne's music made his son kill himself? Something else must have been going on. The kid probably was really depressed and just happened to be listening to this music as his way to cope. Chances are he felt he could not talk to his parents about it, so his emotional needs went ignored. After a while he probably felt helpless and killed himself. The music most likely had little to do with it, and it's just a scapegoat. In the off chance the boy actually thought the song was telling him to commit suicide, he was probably mentally unstable to begin with.

I think that it can make people who are already severely depressed and suicidal even more depressed wich leads to them not being able to handle any more and killing themselves. So you could say it is capable of making people kill themselves, I don't believe that it is possible for someone who is perfectly fine hears this song and just suddenly becomes depressed.
