I think you shouldn’t change the name of your channel because it’s such a familiar “trademark” and you have so much invested to grow it up. You could change it to “mandeville sister” or “mandeville sis” but Amelia will still appear in your videos, as she mentioned in your last video, and maybe there will be a come back? 🤗🙏🏻 Good luck for your house hunting and the next house-tour-videos are safe 😉😅👍⭐️⭐️⭐️💙

It's going to take months to complete, I know people who put offers on a house at the beginning of the year and still haven't completed on the purchase. Conveyancing solicitors are utterly swamped, it won't be weeks to complete, it'll be months. Most people will be willing to wait a little while until you find somewhere.

Yes I think it’ll be a while but at the same time the chain is very far along on the buyers side and they want to complete in time for the stamp duty holiday to count here. Either way we’ll work it out 😊 -G,x

@@mandevillesisters I don't mean to burst your bubble but it'll be unlikely to happen before the end of June. I work in property insurance and we're dealing with properties who have been in progress of selling since February because solicitors can't work fast enough to keep up with demand and won't complete in time for the stamp duty holiday to end. You might be lucky, fingers crossed, but it's very unlikely.

I like "The Mandvilles" as a channel name. I'll miss Amelia, but I want her to do what's best for her mental health and finances. I think the channel going forward with you will still be great. Things had gotten fractured, with Covid, but also just with you and Amelia having more separate lives then when you where still teenagers. Wow, I've watched this channel for a bit!
