@Brendo 111 Not 100% sure, but I guess since the front lights are pointing straight at the floor/road (when it has the hood up) it looks like it has "found a penny".
This just shows how HUGE American parking spots are 😂 There's the same amount of room on either side as a normal car parked in a European parking spot...
Put a 12v or 24v (depending what voltage the truck is running) viair air compressor in the truck so the air tanks stay full after all the leaks get fixed, that will fix having to wait for the air to build up 👍🏻
That's from the last time he drove through an ambush in an unfriendly nation... also regulation issue for cab air circulation and driver comfort. Open the windshield, roll down the side windows and let the air flow through.
Wal mart employees " sir theres no way thatll fit in your vehic....." Westen " yall check this out i can haul the whole store" Walmart " teach us all wise one"
That quality of being able to laugh at yourself is underappreciated. I try not to make mistakes but some of the ones I have made are hilarious. So I appreciate your ability to laugh at yourself.
@@Maguites - I've never heard of that (though we have a few at work that leak pretty bad) and I've been driving trucks for 16 years, but even if that is a thing, I'm sure a military truck wouldn't be set up that way... I couldn't hear in your wording if you were being sarcastic or not.
For what in the world does this guy need any of that? It already runs and drives right here right now, especially considering all his other projects. It just needs to be enjoyed, not turned into another RU-vid fad
That fishing pole holder is actually for a small hand operated winch crane for that spare tire, those trucks are beasts. I ripped the bumper off of one with an lmtv during my first deployment. I daily drove that lmtv from the barracks to where i worked after i got her running. I love lmtv trucks... I did donuts with it and drag raced it, because when you're in the desert you get bored
Hey Weston, there is a vehicle horn you need to get. When you activate the horn, it makes sounds like gunfire. Single shot and multiple shot... There is a video out where some car jackers were outsmarted. The intended victim made his horn activate like a machine gun. The suspects ran away on foot.
The 6x6 system on this truck works really good. I think a normal 4x4 truck could of gotten stuck or at least struggled-spun tires in that mud and you just plowed through it like nothing......
you have earned my Sub / reason my Uncle use to have 1 of these years ago an we use to take it every where . we drove threw ponds .creeks. woods, mud swamps . over cars. you name it we prob did it or well he did it.. Sadly Me an my father lost contact with my uncle for a few years . until we got a call that he passed away due to him taking his own life . i will not go into details on his death . but watching you beat that duce just made me remanber alot of the good ole times we had
I love this thing. I wish I had room for one of these to roam. Even the hole in the cabin? Don't care. It's a goliath. I can't wait to see if it can handle the snow.
@@Wayne_The_Great i guess i only parked our trucks at the motorpool and field sites. I never even noticed they'd fit long wise. Width makes sense for the roads but i really thought they were longer than a normal spot. But then a long bed pick is close to 20ft. Looks so funny parked with all them cars lol
Years ago I had a friend, it was 1978 . He had a army reo green 6X6 , 4 or 6 . You had to double clutch everything you shifted gears and it would grind every time . Well we drove that 6x6 thru a pond 4-5 feet deep the water was coming up through the floor boards panels , it was to much fun . He’s been dead since 2013 of heart issues . RIP Andy K. Cool truck.
