Pickling is an easy way to preserve veggies and they are just delicious. I love having different kinds of vegetables pickled and ready on my shelf.
My brine recipe:
1 part water
1 part vinegar (5%)
1 teaspoon salt per cup of water
1 teaspoon sugar per cup of water
