Best paper jam instructional video ever! I have had paper jams before with this same model printer (which were my fault entirely! I love this printer!) and never been able to understand other videos! I had to replace a printer as a result, but yours was easy, including showing that you used your phone flashlight to see the way to open the back of the printer! Thank you so much!

Excellent video, so much MORE helpful than the useless paper jam guide Canon themselves provide. They should hire you to make their instructional videos.

The video is okay, but the printer itself is a nightmare. I copied 6 pages, and now the printer has quit. Either the yellow triangle light is blinking, or the orange CL light is on (not blinking) and I simply *CANNOT* print or copy anything. I opened the front panel just as you showed - no paper in there. I opened the back panel just as you showed - no paper in there. I have powered it off, unplugged it, waited, plugged it in and powered it back on (several times) ... nothing. No, I did not run out of paper, and No, I did not run out of ink. Total piece of garbage.
