Just got in the car sales business 4 months ago. I have been watching your videos since I started and I’m already averaging between 15 - 18 sales a month and making between 8k - 10k a month. Last month was my biggest month and I made 14k. Keep up with the content I’m learning a lot from you videos.

One thing that I can recommend to people starting out is to make sure you walk everyone back to their car when you finish with them. The amount of times I see sales people say bye and wave them off from their desk is insane. Walk everyone back to their car always. The number of deals I got as a result is staggering. People will tell you things they normally don’t inside the dealership. Plus it’s professional to do and that’s what we are. Professionals not some hacks. I’ve been in the industry now for 15 years and I must say it’s the best.

Seriously if you are in car sales and you don’t watch Andy. Nothing else can be said…. I follow guidelines and have been in car sales for almost 2 years. But this everyday checklist is something I needed as my game needs to evolve and continue to make my gross better! Thanks Andy! This is how you get amped up to sell!!!

SPOT ON about the training!! I'm going on 11 months in the car business and honestly I'm still learning my way and deal with knowing what (and what not) to say. I ran a restaurant and led a team for 20+ years and knew all the ins and outs of that business. I was highly motivated and developed my team in a high energy manner like yourself. it's SO refreshing to watch your energy and actually LEARN things because I was thrown in with very little training myself. Literally my first day in the business today - i learned more from this 42 min video than i did for a 9 hour shift - spent most of the day self educating and trying to learn the inventory. Hoping to actually make some $ with my first sale - and will DEFINITELY be putting this advice to work for me. Feel more confident now and less like a fish out of water.

Andy, these videos are great. Literally every video I’ve seen you put out adds value. Zero filler videos. I’ve watched dozens so far and I’ve implemented a few of these ideas into my business even though I’m now selling Home Security and Smart Home Automations. I was BDC for 2 years at a Chevy dealership and then on the floor there for another 2 as a salesperson and I WISH I had seen these back then.. I have some natural gifts as a salesperson but have lacked that killer instinct and I’ve grossly underperformed up until literally the end of 2022.. I finished 2022 having earned a total of $56,000 in gross commissions averaging $4,666/mo. I’m currently on a PIP for lack of monthly average production. All last year I felt like a failure. I started watching your videos about halfway through December 2022 and started January feeling a brand new identity emerging.. now I’m not saying that it’s ONLY these trainings that are the catalyst but these have been undeniably inspiring. So far in 2023 I have $5,500 in commissions pending (paid bi-weekly) and a fiery enthusiasm driving me forward into the new year. That’s over DOUBLE my income average last year and it’s only the 7th of the month! This to me is proof of concept. It’s on me now to stoke the flame and burn those self-imposed limits to the fucking GROUND! I suppose I found your channel in God’s perfect timing. Motivation wanes but discipline sustains, and that’s my focus. So now, wish me luck!

I start my first day in car sales tomorrow, and I have been watching your videos and taking notes since before going in to my interview. I watched your video about crushing the interview, and I did it. I have zero Experience in car sales. Mainly all construction and mechanic. Andy, I’ve worked in automotive for about 13 years, but in service. I married a tech and eventually opened our own shop. My husband passed away unexpectedly last year and I fell into a sales job for the first time ever. I was floundering and had to take a two week break to regroup and reconsider. The training was nonexistent and I was so intimidated by the experience around me. I have two young kids to support and this video motivated me to get back up and change my mindset on the sales floor. Man, I’ve been out of the business since 2015. I was not driven at all. I was just a lame salesman. Not taking training seriously. going to work to hangout and call ups. But I’ve always been a people person and salesman. Even though I have a job that pays decent m-f, I feel I should be in sales. I’ve been getting fired up watching your videos Andy.
