@@Arpita_Dimpleshorts yea I'm very sure the smell of egg won't leave but u can compensate vanilla extract with caradom or cinnamon powder dont add too much so it over powers rest of the flavours but add it such amount that fragrance and flavour is mild . Add the powder while boiling milk . It will be nice!!✌
I did it and it turn out pretty good. This measurement is the exact portion for two and is all that I need. Other than that, recipe and procedure is just perfect. I’ m glad condense milk is not required as other recipes do. I may adjust it to two eggs next time I do this again, it could be just my tastebud sensitivity to the taste of eggs.
I made these! I steamed instead of baking it. Turned out great. Didn't have the yucky egg taste which i LOVE. This is my first time eating caramel pudding without that egg-y taste and i made it myself lmao
@@justlucy1527 i steamed it around 20 mins I think. I kinda eyeballed it but i check after 15, to see if the top firms up a bit. After 20-25 mins i took it out even when it didn't firm completely. It set in the fridge. I'd say 25 mins max
@@justlucy1527 also it depends on the size, best is you check when it firms up on top. Take it out and give it a jiggle. If its kinda firm u should be done!
@@safurajafri1915 hi, i know im kinda late ahah but did u put the ramekins into the water once it was already hot or as soon as u turn on the stove? ive been meaning to try this recipe but im unsure on so many steps 😭

@@bushraansari8651 i poured it into the bowl right away after heating it. It gets stuck when it cools down but after putting it in the oven it will melt again
