Let me tell you something. Trying to get back into working out so I decided to start off small with this video lol when he says its for beginners he is NOT kidding. I have to build my stamina up just to do this for 10 minutes. Goodness!! Great workout though! Kudos!

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ru-vid.comUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

Today I am starting my loss of weight challenge, I’m currently 13 years old and weight 135 lbs and my goal is to get to 120 lbs. I’m planning to do this workout 1-2 times a day for 2 months since we have visitors right now. After 2 months go by I will do this workout 3-5 times a day. And I’m also planning on going to the gym every week day cutting all junk foods. I will keep you guys updated.

As a former national athlete i feel embarrassed. lol. I havent done any cardio in over 10 years. I may look fit but mann ... this killed me when i got to the squat jumps. Im definitely hitting it at least thrice weekly. Thanks man.

Yes i can totally understand you. I've never been an athlete but was (yes was!) super fit. Now I tried this and have the impression it's not for beginners 🙄 At 46 and being so out of breath !! I need to pay attention to my diet (eat way more food, i've become so skinny)

This looks likes a good workout. I've not done much cardio exercises for a long time due to breaking my foot, torn ACL and miniscus all within 2 months of each other so I will use this to get back into things and pair it with 21's crossfit style workout. This will be a burn. Cheers

I will add this on my daily routine and see the result. I normally do walking at the park nearby for 30 mins onwards every morning and there's some improvement. I lose weight and I feel better than before. ( But of course I avoid bad eating habits as long as possible )

im lifting dumbells for 2 months for each body part, monday to saturday, i see small change to my body and my friend told me do some cardio if you want to lose many of your body fat. I regret not to put cardio in my workout program 😐 But thanks for this, i can do this starting on monday, wednesday and friday and so on.

Yes warm-up is always advisable. 20 sec gap in these exercise

This cardio will help you to increase stamina and prevent heart attack in some extend.... I suggest you not to over work out... Over workout causes chest pain.... So u should do some small cardio workout...and move a step further by downloading an app called six pack in 30 days... And choose beginners option in that app and you will be able to loose belly fat

Here is the tip 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 *3 days eat only fruits and drink juice+water* next 3 days eat normal diet. *Last day(Sunday), you should take fasting and should consume 1 time meal at night only* ... Do this, I guarantee you within a month you will lose 10kg.

Very helpful felt really nice and I lost 0.5 kgs from it if I do it 2 times a day I would probably lose 1 kg a day that to me is very insane again thank you for this awesome cardio workout , stay healthy 💪

@@TheSchlumbis i cant believe but i like that, in 2 or 3 days, u can only lose much water content(dehydration),which seems to be weight loss.. but i like to hear if such a diet+workout plan exists.. like 0.5 kg loss in 2 days
