You are so right about needing to do label reading. It's kind of sad how food companies can get way with word salad games. Yet it is a buyer beware world anymore. With regards to those medical tests, I often wonder if they are actually needed IF you have no factors in your health, but I'm not a Dr... Thank you for the knd words, I really appreciate them.
Sadly, I do have claudication. My NP had cause for concern but it is resolving. Tested for heavy metal toxicity because I have a bunch of amalgam fillings. Breast scan is scheduled. My mom died of lymphoma. Colonoscopy is needed since I have diverticulosis. Sigh. I would rather skip them all but I don’t think it would be prudent. I am honest to a fault. You are a very personable gentleman.
