Chair Fitness is a seated exercise work for those with limited mobility. This is a 10 minute segment and is great for seniors, baby boomers and everyone else who needs to sit exercise and get fit.

Paul, I use to workout all the time, but am limited due to old injury, at some point I need knee replacement. I want to Thank You, I this this is wonderful. It is a true God send.

@@PaulEugene I sent it to my 78 year old mother who sits all day. I am even considering doing it approx every 2-3 hours of sit time I have while i work during the pandemic

Thanks, this is great for me as I have health issues and lack energy. The workout is good to get the heart going without being too demanding.

I got a long way to go. I made it two minutes, and considering he talked for 30 seconds, this is bad. Ugh... I'm 32 with a hip replacement. Take care of your bodies, kids.
