Nancy, 76 yrs. old. First time here. From southern Ohio. Have lost 120 lbs. because I have Hashimoto's disease and a very restricted diet! I need to build my core strength and build muscles to help fill the saggy skin. I was trying to do sit-ups in bed...this is much better. Thank you.
