OMG you are SO GOOD! I am 60 yrs old, former REALLY athletic guy. Over the years my military injuries have plagued my flexibility and strength and also caused my obesity. This was a PERFECT way to get back into making my body work again. Thank you so much. I am committing to doing this with you every morning.

Omg this is the first time i ever did any yoga i have alot of health problems im not got alot of weight to lose but ive felt crippled this was amazing i sweat ALOT doing this idk if thats bad on my side but i did the whole thing and tomorrow im gonna try to do it morning and night i believe ill be doing it all if i follow u and tbh my body cracked alot but it FEELS AMAZIN IM gonna take my shower and go to be and do it again in the am...thank you i truly hope i continue to feel beeter doing what u show me and hopefully i wont nd a chair one day
I'm 64 and have always been active and a fitness junkie. The last few years have put me in a different state of mind and I have been lacking the motivation to exercise. I just tried your chair yoga, and it is easy, doable, and I felt the tightness in my muscles. I will do it for a week and see if I can get back on track. Thank you!

You were a HUGE blessing in my day! I am turning 59 this week, have been a dancer, dance teacher and coach for over 30 years and am recovering from 3 injuries. I tore my left meniscus in July and then 2 months to the day later, I fell on some unlit stairs (in a venue I had never been to) and tore my left AITF ankle ligament in 3 places and possibly my right meniscus as well. I am headed into an MRI this week, 5 months after those 2 injuries and needless to say, after 5 months of being inactive, I've gained weight, lost muscle and feel HORRIBLE! Add in a very stressful job and I needed your chair yoga! It was the perfect length and helped my frame of mind so much. I'm going to keep following and working out with you, because for the first time since this summer, I feel positive and motivated to eat better and get back into mental and physical shape! I've tried many other yoga exercises on you tube and struggled to do everyday. I'm on day 10 and look forward to this every day. The moves with your smooth voice and softness in your tone is by far the best class I've ever practiced. Today I really felt the long stretches in my body and have already begun to do the moves more easily. Thank you so much.

Hello after having a stroke and having pins and plates in both legs i got out of shape.4 stone out of shape.I have started to follow your videos and i am now moving a little better.Still cannot reach very well but im sure it will come with pratice.A 63 year old a stiff 63 year old gives you thanks

Oh thank you for your video. I came here because I cannot do my normal exercise because of a knee pain. But I think I will add this to my routine even after my pain get healed.
I see a physical therapist twice a month but its hard doing excersizes alone the rest of the time, having these videos really helps me to be more motivated. I do this in the morning and the other excersizes in the evening as they are laying down and I usually fall asleep right after. I had an injury and several surgeries and basically was on extended bed rest so its a process getting back. This helps me get moving and was ok'd by my physical therapist.
Yeah, I like this one...This one is really good and just challenging enough without over doing it. Im healing from a very deep depressive few years, poor health and excess weight. I feel good and slightly energized. Thank you for that.

I fell in 2017 at work and hurt my left hip really bad. It's never been the same since. This was a super way to get back into shape and really stretch my stiff sore muscles. Like everyone has said, this is a great way to get your body moving again🚶🏃🤸. Especially with Lee's gentle & easy-to-listen-to voice🗣️. I have been dealing with chronic illness for over ten years and between steroids (Prednisone)💊 & fatigue😴, I gained a LOT of weight⚖️ which, in turn, made me very unhappy😞 with myself & life in general. This chair yoga🧘 is something I have been able to do from home, WITHOUT needing to get on the floor (my dogs won't leave me alone 🐾when i tried regular yoga). I also don't have to leave the house🏠, which is a bonus. Thank You! ❤

My wife and I started the chair yoga in May thru mid August. I find the Pagoda chair yoga very good. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Our body’s already feel the benefits of yoga.

Thank you this was the first time I did this and it was a little difficult because I'm a little stiff from chemo and surgery, but I really enjoyed it. However, I am a retired surgical scrub nurse and many neurologists have shared that rolling the neck in circles is not good for cervical spine and vascular health. I stretch my neck at 4 points, sides x2 and front and back multiple times and very gently. Thank you ❤

You don't want to compress your cervical spine as you roll your neck. It has to be done gently and mindful. You can support your C-spine with your fingers helping not to compress as you roll your neck. Hope it helps. 🙏💖

I’m so glad I found you. I’ve enjoyed this and a couple of your others. I’m not very flexible I’m getting ready to have another hip replaced so I have to take it very gentle on it. But I think the most thing is I love your voice
I have so many health issues ik I can become obese if I'm not active ive ALWAYS BEEN ACTIVE ....IVE NEVER done together this lil bit makes my body feel great and idk why i sweat so much doing it in not over weight yet this works me our hard cuz im sweating yet I feel I can definitely do another 20 min but ik I've been in the hospital many times but I almost feel I can do it another 20 min...I ask my doctor he said I should try more but stop if it's to much...thx so much I never that yoga was a answer now ik it is
