+Sean Rossick Respect my ass. It's about making something look professional when even a 7 year old can do it. If you say it's done by a professional with respect, it will yield more money. People are so stupid they believe this shit.
+Paul Shin Yeah almost like he does that shit for a living. Anyone can do it once they're shown I guess but no one's gonna trust you with a big ass wheel of cheese that took three years to age. If you instructed anyone to try and cut that cheese they'd probably try hacking through and fucking it up.
+Kasper Sörensen i'm expecting this was recommended to me because i subscribed to so many compeditave eating channels. so apparently youtube thinks i want to see anything that contains food products.
+Donoven Ryder sure. I genuinely don't know why this was in my recommended section but I'm not going to question your retarded statement. I honestly don't care what you think.
"My wife is glad I fell in love with cheese and not for another woman" LMAO I love this man. Despite not being perfect at speaking in English, he still managed to convey how passionate he is for his job. And as a parmesan lover I can't but feel him on a deep level ahahah
Notice how on other sites (e.g. Tumblr and Facebook).. the replies or comments on this comment try a lot harder to be funny... without actually being funny.
Until you cut one and lift one of these wheels you don’t understand how impressive this is these are 34 kilos at my work which is almost a 100 pounds doing what he is doing is insanely impressed
We've had a lot of Carlo's fans worried about his health in the time of COVID 19. We got in touch with the Guffanti family to see how he is. His family said he's in lock down since 10 March but was still cutting (breaking!) cheeses up until 6 March. Carlo even sent us a message! Link Below Dear Dave and dear Channel Cheese friends. Thank you for your message. I am really emotionate by it. I am fine at the moment. I am at home but my heart is with my cheeses in Luigi Guffanti Caves. I wish you all the best and I love you like my cheeses. Stay safe and arrivederci! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hU5WTY25YS8.html
Junior Alexandre I'm taking Spanish classes for this summer and I guarantee I sound a lot worse speaking Spanish than this guy does speaking English(Ik he's Italian). Speaking a different language doesn't come easy and I fully appreciate this man's dedication to cutting his cheese 🧀 😂
IndominusRekts wish that the average American wasn't an ignorant moron barely able to speak English much less be able to adequately converse in a second language not their native tongue? Yeah. A lot of us wish that.
Yeah, you know, he is a cheese maker, not an English teacher, a video where he would have spoken Italian with some subtitles would have been better for sure...
Bro look up the definition of sympathy, it does not make sense at all the way you just used it in your comment, the correct word you should use in your comment is admiration. “ You’ve got so much admiration for this guy and the work he is doing”. Look it up.
WTF, I don't eat cheese, I do not know how I found this video. BUT, I just watched the entire thing and did not even notice the time had passed. This dude really made cutting cheese look cool. I don't know how to feel about that...
It's because his native language. Each noun has gender, and when talking about it. You use the gender of the noun. So cheese is masculine, so when he says "he" he means it. And the language that follows is because of that gender of the noun.
my homework isn't done, My room is a mess, I have severe anxiety, and my family thinks I'm a disappointment, but at least I know how to cut a whole fucking Parmesan cheese Edit September 2019: I'm doing better than I ever have before in both mental health and school, and am on my way to my dream job. :) Hope y'all are doing good too. Edit August 2022: We winnin, boys. Maybe the real value of life was the cheese knowledge we learned along the way.
I think I have dies and gone to heaven. This is a channel dedicated to cheese. I randomly came across this... never thought to even search for a cheese channel. I love cheese.... I am lactose intolerant but I choose to suffer because I love cheese so much.
All these people telling an Italian man in Italy to speak perfect English so it's easier to understand. He's in his own country working, how about you all learn Italian? He's doing the best he can for our benefit.
omg stfu everyone needs to speak american perfectly or u don't believe in freedom. this guy clearly doesn't believe in freedom and you apparently don't either so gtfo XD Thank you, you beat me to the punch.
Explain to the cheese where it must be broken. Then you must understand what the cheese says to you. He has taken cheese-cutting to a higher art form...
Many masters use similar terminology. I have heard experts at pottery or woodworking or whatever it is say "you must listen to what it says, you must feel what it will do."
Izzaz Iskandar Basically follow the way the cheese is going to break, and allow it to. Unless, however, it's going to break in a completely different direction than you want (which occurs with the smaller pieces), then you must guide its path. The cheese's formation creates different sorts of "paths" in which different molecules are more strongly connected than others.
He is trying to speak English, a totally different lenguage from Italian..He sounds hilarious but his effort must be appreciated..Furthermore, he is sharing our incredible tradition with you all, while the only thing people are doing around the world is to take Italian ideas, names and flag to sell fake products. You are just a bunch of looser to our eyes.
@@cristianschiavone3462 I am Brazilian and I lived in Italy for seven years in Verona, and it was in Italy that I had the good fortune to learn to speak and write English with a great teacher, for us who speak the derivatives of the Latin language, it is not easy to learn English, and the fact that this respected Italian gentleman of old age speaks English is admirable, I hope one day to return to Verona and get a good job and to be able to review my teachers and to thank for the knowledge given to me. Here in Brazil life has been very hard and I miss being able to eat well and the quality of life I had, here in Brazil i spent almost all my salary just to not go hungry. My sincere greetings to all the respectful Italian people.
THIS is the only accurate comment in this whole comment section, hats off sir you nailed it, could do with a time stamp thou but at least you got it right, unlike the rest of the idiots in the comments here.
I didn't know it was important to have a dialogue with cheese as I cut it. Do different cheeses enjoy different topics of conversation? What should I say to a Kraft single when I open the wrapper? Perhaps all varieties enjoy a Gouda debate from time to time.
I think if the cheese is dry it would enjoy dry conversation. If it's spicy, probably more like phone sex than a regular conversation. Swiss cheese is literally wearing fish nets, so you get the hint want she wants. You gotta look at the characteristics.
***** So if I'm looking for a well rounded conversation I need to look for red cow, brie, or maybe some old style cheddar cheese. If I'm in the mood for comedy I get some (ha)varti?
