Charley the cat is back, voiced by David Walliams, to warn us about the dangers of buying counterfeit electrical products. Charley says, ‘Watch and share!’
I started laughing so hard as soon as the boy said, "It was my birthday." Perhaps Walliams isn't the best voice actor for child characters, but it's still nice that the Charley Says series has made a comeback to warn about modern day issues. Also glad that the cut-out animation style is faithful to the originals!
I remember the adverts when i was a kid and i love them still nowadays. But this one is hilarious, and its a shame kids nowadays dont know about poor Charlie always gets hurt and his brat of a friend dont !!
Sometimes it may be hard to tell a counterfeit from the legit product though. In this day and age, you can't trust anyone and you don't always know what you're getting.
Where Grenfell Tower really came unstuck was with the plastic cladding. Plastic is an arrangement of petrochemicals. This means that it is derived from oil, just like the petrol you use to power your car, and is highly flammable, even in a solid state. If plastic is used to clad a high rise building, it will do nothing to contain a fire, and will make the situation worse, and that’s exactly what happened with Grenfell Tower.
"Charley and me got a job in the Post Office where we had the job of adding all the money taken into the big computer machine called Horizon. But it wouldn't add up! So we explained it all to nice vicar lady called Paula Vennells, who told us we must have stolen the money and that we were very naughty. But since she's so nice, she said that if we admitted the charges and promised never to say that anything was wrong with Horizon, we'd only be charged with false accounting and we wouldn't go to prison. But the nice magistrate man sent us to prison anyway. My wife left me and Charley's kittens had to grow up without a daddy." "Meawwwaww pprrr..grrrr...maw!" "Charley says, never trust the Post Office, Paula Vennells or Fujitsu."
The comments say it's good but I already knew..........So did we when we were kids, don't go off with strangers, don't play with matches, etc but kids still did those things (still do) and that's why they were made. Charley always got hurt because he was always protecting the kid, that's loyalty lol.
Oh yes, counterfeit electrical goods can be very faulty and they might catch fire very easily. That's why I NEVER attempted to buy any fake electrical goods. I shall always buy real genuine electrical goods from trusted companies such as Sony (Japan 🇯🇵), Samsung (South Korea 🇰🇷), Panasonic (Japan 🇯🇵), LG (South Korea 🇰🇷), JVC (JVCKENWOOD) (Japan 🇯🇵), Philips (Netherlands 🇳🇱), Microsoft (USA 🇺🇸), Apple (USA 🇺🇸), Lenovo (China 🇨🇳) and Siemens (Germany 🇩🇪). Fake electrical goods can be really cheap indeed.
