Totally made this today and it was SUPER delicious without feeling so heavy, so I loved it. There hasn't been a recipe that isn't a success with Laura so I will keep on trusting her! 😍
Most of these comments make you wonder how Laura doesn't rip her hair out over them. People asking if they can leave stuff out or substitute something even though Laura always tells you to tailor things to your liking... Not being sure if potatoes are safe to eat, saying they can't make the dough because they can't afford a standing mixer... Jeez. Have you been eating nothing but cereal your whole life?

I made this soup last night with the cream instead of the half n half... I also puréed some of the broccoli to make the soup a bit creamier. It was delish... Thank you Mrs. Laura! 😊👍❤️

There are a ton of other chefs on RU-vid. I'm sure many of them feature "healthy recipes". I personally enjoy the variety Laura provides and eat the "unhealthy" foods more sparingly

Hello Laura. I love everything that you make. I tried lots of your receipts and my dishes alway end up perfectly. I have been trying for some months to make a soft pizza base but I'm failing every time. My nana used to make very soft pizza ,unfortunately I never got the chance to learn from her. If you find the time can you please make a video showing us how to make a soft pizza base. Thank you and good luck in everything!
Just made it and wow, very very good. I did not have bacon so what ?? !! It turned out to be really really good. Added some croutons to the bowl when I served it.. Voila ! Thank you, Laura, another success !
I love love love Broccoli soup. In the past week, I've made this soup twice adjusting the liquid per Laura's suggestion since I like a thicker soup. I did cut back on the stock by 1/2 cup using only 4 1/2 cups but it still was a little to thin for my liking. Next time, do you think I should use only 4 cups stock and perhaps a bit more Half & Half ??? Suggestions please !!!
