Bhaiyo sachi batau ye exercise agar ache ha ek dum proper 1-2 mahina kar liya to aap ko chest me koi nahi nikal sakta or ye 1-2 mahina unke liye jinka abhi 70-74 k bich me chest. Or isko ek din laga k dekh lo or turant check karo 2-3 plus milta h. Mujhe pta h pushup lagane k bad turant check kare to plus aata h phir kam ho jata h per 2-3 plus normal pushup se nahi aata. Or ye 2 mahina kar liya or bharti me chest se pehle 20-30 laga liya pass ho bhai chest ms
