Just that most black people are decent folks just like anyone else. But most crime in Chicago is committed by blacks. Sad but true. Also sad is the complicity of the black community. In most cases, there are no arrests made. You mean no one in the neighborhood or the household of the suspect noticed suspicious behavior; wads of money from their jobless children; etc? We need to start having serious conversations about the consequences of lowering the bar for black excellence. It was fine to help them get better jobs and schools. But lowering the bar in police reform has only paid us back with elevated crime and more enboldended BLACK criminals who are back out on the streets in hours! Facts on top of facts!

It is funny that one of the police chief said that not only crime were up in his district, but in other districts, too and the whole city. It sounds that since everyone is worse off, so you should feel better. The other police chief was even a joke, he blamed that citizens did not call police to report the crimes.

It's the laws that need to be changed. It should be the end of life for anyone who is a rapist, animal abuser, murderer, drunk driver who has injured or killed someone, looter, thief, robber, squatter, scammer, and known drug addict. Currently the prison system just wastes tax payer money plus all the trials and attorney fees for these criminals.

Here's an idea! Look at your neighbors on both sides of you, directly across the street, & both sides of them. If you guys get along, exchange numbers & look out for each other. And the same on down the block. But 1st do a survey of these ppl to see what kind of ppl they are AND what kind of company they have. Then move accordingly! Protect each other physically AND legally!
