Another chicken recipe that you will surely enjoy! You can now recreate your favorite Chinese soy fried chicken at home with this simpol recipe! So juice and flavorful! Try this today!😋
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
3-4 pieces chicken leg quarters or 1 whole chicken
1 tablespoon rock salt
Set B (Seasoning):
4 cups water
3/4 cup soy sauce
4 tablespoons white sugar
4 slices ginger
2 cloves garlic, sliced
4 pieces star anise
2 tablespoons Chinese rice wine or vinegar (optional)
1 tablespoon whole peppercorns
1 stalk leeks, cut into 2-inch lengths
Set C:
3-4 cups oil, for deep-frying

Hello Chef! Na realize ko etong Chinese style fried chicken eh pag tipid na style sa chicken hahaha.. try ko siya ngayon sobrang solid! Isa sa mga nagustuhan at gusto I apply yun pag babad ng salt sa manok effective siya. Sobrang solid..

Sobrang nagustuhan ng kids ko at ni hubby ang Chinese Stye Soy Fried chicken recipe mo Chef.At ang sauce..akala ko simple lng pero ng matikman ko at ng kids..simot sarap ..hiniritan pa ni bunso ang share ko.heheh..next ko is yung pork asado recipe mo po..nagiging very easy ang pagluluto kz , napakaclear ng procedures mo, mga ingredients nasa kusina lng..at lagi kang may suggestion na pwedeng alternative sa ingredients na maaring mahirap hnapin or not available sa kitchen.I will definitely watch more of your videos Chef Tatung..

I just made this but I put it in the air frier and it was amazing. What shocked me is that boiling the chicken for so long didn't make it fall apart.

Did you use the same broth from poaching the chicken to make the sauce and if so how much? 1 cup or 1/2 of the broth? I'm making this tomorrow. I don't have rock salt either. I have sea salt will that work just as well?. Thanks

I think instead of frying, pde natin airfryer pra healthier. Sa HK sinasabit daw yan pra patuyuin. They used one whole chicken
