I mostly tap in zone 5 while sprinting or HIIT, but at the age of 43 and facing peri menopausal state how many times in a week should I do sprint and HIIT and for how many minutes ?

Once a week sprinting or any type of HIIT which lasts around 10 to 20 mins will be ideal in terms of improving cardiovascular health and performance, if you want to build more endurance then add one more 20 -40min Zone 2-3 session in a week.

Weight training should be prioritized over cardio and if you like, then keep only one day but weight training is must.

Bhaiya I do 1 day cardio+plyometrics and 1 day full body home workout is it okay to gain weight with normal home diet

@@satishsidar2301 It's better if you skip cardio and focus on resistance training with weights, bands or bodyweight if your goal is to gain weight.

@@satishsidar2301 Okay then cardio and plyo is must, but increase your resistance training volume and calories gradually along with that so that you can gain weight too.

Won't walking 10-15 min to gym will lead to energy expenditure? This will impact weight training too?

No not at all zone 1 doesn't lead to much fatigue, actually it will feel like a light warmup and anyways if we think that way, don't we walk inside gym to switch the exercises? Even that should be stopped?😁😅

@@thesupplestrength Ohkay! So can I skip dynamic stretching if my muscles are already loosen up and directly go towards my warmup and main working sets?

@@harshilgandhi2278 Yes if you have less time, but dynamic stretching can also be used as a way to improve our mobility on the long run, so I never skip it instead try to explore further range of motion everytime I do them.
