1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
2 to 5 teaspoons vanilla extract
FOR THE GLAZE (OPTIONAL):
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk, any fat percentage
1 pinch kosher salt
