This flowing exercise from Qigong is a gentle way to increase Qi while relaxing your Heart and mind. By moving slowly from one side to the other, you can imagine like you are a cloud in the sky. This is safe to do daily.

Thank you I practise this as one of the movements in Shibashi but it’s a great reminder that you can always select an individual movement and give your full attention to it, out of context from a longer sequence of movements. An excellent, clear explanation.
